Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level C.C 1:5:10 DSR 4.1.11

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levellingup with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with DSR 7.1.1

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in Superstructure Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1 Cement,6 Sand ) DSR 6.4.2

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 ( 1 Cement"6 sand) in direction of Engineer in Charge DSR 13.1.2 smooth side

15 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 ( 1 Cement"6 sand) in direction of Engineer in Charge Rough Side DSR 13.2.2 Rough side

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 ( 1 cement,2 c.sand,4 aggregate 20 mm size ) DSR 4.1.3

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade DSR 13.44.1

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance emb cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end p corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one sid and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwo horizontal wires, of barbed wire 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimu the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. c (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total l barbed wire used. DSR 16.18.1

Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. DSR 10.2

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture DSR 13.48.3
