Note :- Proper shuttering shall be provided to exclude water during construction. Engineer-in-Charge shall pass the safty and effectiveness of shuttering before allowing contractor to proceed further.

Dismantling of Stone/boulder masonry laid dry in tidal conditions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for incl barbed wire in tidal conditions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings in not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation in soft/loose soil in tidal conditions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated soil at a distance exceeding 250 Mtr and not exceeding 500 mtr and deposited where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil at a distance exceeding 1.5Km and not exceeding 5km and deposited where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling of stone/concrete/hard core from dismantled spoil heaps incl removing and piling/ramping in convenient places within 50mtr of spoil heaps and raising and lowering to required level in tidal conditions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Moorum /red bajri filling in floors or pavings,laid in layers not exc 15 cm thick,spread,levelled and rammed incl watering with hand roller complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm using broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

All as per Item No 12 herein before but in tidal conditions.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and similar work etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and incuding necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for PCC type B-0,1:2:4(12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete around the machine pressed precast paver block or chamfered edges complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Pre cast RCC cover slab 1: 2: 4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks (1:3:6) type C4 as per IS-2185(Part I) exc 10 cm width and setting in CM1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Pre cast RCC type M-30 design mix (20mm graded stone aggregate)set in cement mortar 1:4 structure for concrete pier blocks for retaining bank of back water with weap holes and hooks and erecting in position complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for PVC coated MS grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted ,framed guard bars and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for CRS TMT bars in reinforcement 10mm dia and over including cut to length , bend to required shape , cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Mild steel CRS TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix MS posts and struts in fencing posts, ends suitably embedded into precast RCC retaining wall units as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Galvanised 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standared rails straining bolts,including,securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins,etc in tidal conditions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix Two runs of punched tape concertina coil of 610 mm diameter made out of 2.6mm dia spring steel wire 230gm/m2 (Min) dipped with corosion prevantive fluid (rusilo 901) including white colour each coil having a minimum 50 turns (circles) per 6m length(streched) and an average weight of not less than 8.57 Kg (for 50 turns) including handle and spike at both end of coil erected in position on top of mild steel angle by fixing with GI clip for securing including necessory welding to the MS Section and as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Two runs of coil shall be measured as one length.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floors to receive top layer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete type B-2,1:2:4(40mm graded stone aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for 25mm thick coarse aggregate for granolithic floors graded from 12.5mm to 4.75mm spreading and levelling in layers not exc 25 cm thick well ramming incl watering as required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 including mixing of IWPC which will be measured seperately on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Two coats of antifungal paint over a coat of exterior primer base coat on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over appropriate primer as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete pipe 450 mm bore, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars concrete bed pipes in CM 1:3:6 type C2 including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
