SUPPLY PART

DX (Direct Expansion) Type Air Conditioning Indoor units.

Supply, Installation testing and commissioning of inverter type air cooled Air-conditioners each complete with scroll compressor,air cooled condensor, GSS casing, filters, cooling coils, fanmotors, insulated copper refrigerant piping as per drawing control wiring, refrigerant controls and accessories, including MICRO-PROCESSOR CONTROL with indication lamps for the operation of the system with thermostat fixed in the respective rooms to adjust the temperature according to the equipments requirements with Micro-processor control panel for each machine.

11 TR Ductable Indoor Unit

Supply,of Refrigerant piping (suction,Discharge) Hard Drawn Copper piping of suitable sizes, with copper elbows, tees,tubular Nitrile Insulation. Make:Totaline/Uniflow/Rajco/Mandev/Mexflow

Supply of cabling between indoor and outdoor unit. (Power and Communication). Make : Havells, Finolex, RR, equivalent

Supply of Auto-Change Over Relay with settable timer, suitable for alternate running both Ductable A/Cs periodically, with incoming feeder.

Supply of 25/32 mm dia. pvc pipe, Drain pipes using minimum 25mm dia and above, consider the machine size and grouping. This shall be insulated with 9mm thick nitrile rubber insulation, with necessary fittings like elbows, tees and reducers etc.

Air Disribution Works

Supply of 22 Gauge Ducting (0.8) of Galvanised Sheet Rectangular Ducting complete with all fittings such as reducers, Tee bends, take offs, suspension, Hi Tech supporting arrangements for plenum, complete as required for air-conditioning application

Supply of 22 Gauge Ducting (0.8) (GI) Thermally insulated drain pan of GI or aluminium sheet,15 cm below unit with at least 5 cm more than size of the unit on all fours sides.Drain pan height shall be minimum 5 cm with drain outlet of 1 inch. The drain line shall be connected to unit drain with proper slope.
