Filled floor - Providing and laying AAC blocks for filled flooring: Laying AAC blocks of approved size and quality over prepared sub-base using cement mortar or adhesive ensuring proper compaction and alignment. Blocks shall be properly aligned, joints filled, and surface leveled for flooring. Includes all lead & materials, labor, curing, and necessary finishing as directed by the Architect-in-Charge.

Platform Edge -Providing and fixing flamed finish Sadarahalli grey /Cheema Pink granite stone (bull nosed) of size 1200x600x60 mm at platform edge level using 5mm thick approved thick bed adhesive as per specification over prepared base on 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar in 1:4 (1 cement : 4 total aggregate- sand and 10mm single sized aggregate) using 43 grade cement, water reducing admixture as per ISO 9103:1999 and jointing with white cement with matching colour pigment all complete in levelling course laid to proper slopes over screed base including, base preparation including movement joint in screed as per specification with 10mm thick compressible filler to edge of screed with two parts polysulphide sealant to top edge as per approved drawing and directions of Architect-in-charge.All Light color Granites to be fixed on White Cement.As per Approved Adhesive..Minimum Compressive strength shall be as per IS 1121(part 1) .Water absorption Test shall be carried out as per IS 1124.The flooring shall be covered with POP / Gypsum powder of 12mm thick /Plywood to ensure that the flooring is not damaged till the construction work is completed and handed over.

Granite for Corridor & Rooms -Providing and laying 30mm thick prepolished Sadarhalli Grey/ Cheema Pink/ Jhalore Beige granite slab of sizes up to and including 1200X600mm on floor using 5mm thick approved thick bed adhesive as per specification over prepared base on 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 total aggregates - coarse sand and 10mm single sized aggregates) using 43 grade cement, water reducing admixture as per ISO 9103:1999 and jointing with white cement with matching colour pigment all complete (Colour of granite as approved by Engineer) in levelling course laid to proper slopes over screed base including base preparation, movement joint in screed as per specification with 10mm thick compressible filler to edge of screed/ block work junction with two parts polysulphide sealant to top edge, drainage gullies as per approved section, curing, testing etc. all complete as per specifications and approved drawings. TOM, EFO, SCR Counter and security room -Providing and installing counters of MS (with primer and 2 coats of enamel paint) carcass in TOM, EFO, SCR etc. with 30mm thick polished & moulded Jet Black Granite top (large slabs) with all cutouts/ openings including providing and fixing over RCC slab of minimum 100mm thick with granite lipping all complete of approved quality as per specifications and relevant drawings (Plan area shall be considered for measurement).

Platform parapet Coping -Providing & Fixing Polished Granite Coping over parapet / Kerb walls and sills of openings, bull-nosed on both edges over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4coarse sand) with joint treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment including Rubbing, Curing , Moulding & polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete.

30 mm thick Jet Black granite

Granite wall Cladding- Providing and laying 30mm thick mirror polished Sadarhalli Grey/Cheema pink/Jhalore Beige granite stone work of up to and including sizes of 1200mm*600mm of approved colour/pattern with 4mm groove all around at all levels for wall linings/columns/skirting(veneer work) by mechanical arrangement with SS cramps/brackets (SS Grade 316), anchor bolts,5mm vertical SS pins (SS Grade 316) of approved make and inserts as per drawings and specifications. The cost of making necessary grooves all around stone pieces, chamfering of corner edges and polishing are included. Allow for cutting of holes and box outs for services etc. All Light color Granites to be fixed on White Cement.As per Approved Adhesive..Minimum Compressive strength shall be as per IS 1121(part 1) .Water absorption Test shall be carried out as per IS 1124.The flooring shall be covered with POP / Gypsum powder of 12mm thick /Plywood to ensure that the flooring is not damaged till the construction work is completed and handed over. Granite coping of projection 50mm and 30mm thickness (or as per drawing) shall be provided with chamfered or rounded edges, appropriate overhang, and drip grooves, fixed using mechanical anchoring or approved adhesive as per design and site conditions.

Extra for Red/ Raw Silk/ Tan Brown/ Jet Black granite

Granite Saucer Drain - Providing and laying 40mm thick polished granite slabs of approved shade (Cheema Pink / Red / Raw Silk / Jet Black / Tan Brown / Blue Pearl / Sadarahalli) over the drain trench as a cover. The slabs shall have 25mm diameter circular holes at 75mm centre-to-centre spacing for effective drainage. Granite shall conform to IS 1121 (Part 1) for minimum compressive strength and IS 1124 for water absorption. The installation shall include 1 inch x ½ inch L-shaped stainless steel (SS) sections fixed along the edges of the drain cutout as well as all edges of each granite slab, to provide structural reinforcement and a clean, finished appearance. The granite slabs shall be securely fixed to the SS supports using appropriate long-lasting, weather-resistant adhesives to ensure maximum stability and durability. All SS sections shall be precisely aligned and anchored, with necessary cut-outs provided wherever required.

FLOORING WORK

Vacuum Dewatered Flooring - Providing and laying Vacuum Dewatered Flooring including surface preparation, machine screeding, vacuum dewatering to remove excess water, mechanical trowelling for smooth finish, curing, and application of surface hardener (if specified), complete as per standard practices for durable, abrasion-resistant industrial flooring.

Grooves on floor surface - Cutting of grooves on concrete floor surface within 4 days after completion of laying of concrete as above using a power driven cutting machine and filling the grooves with polysulphide sealant as approved all complete and as directed. The width & depth of the groove shall be 5mm and 30mm respectively.

Tactile floor tiles - Providing and laying 12mm (minimum)thick with 3mm(minimum) thick projection on surface yellow coloured directional vitrified porcelain tactile tile of pelican or equivalent(as per specification)laid on floor with laterite 111 crete filler powder mixed with laterite 73 latex admix and applied to a minimum thickness of 4.5mm(The mixing ratio shall be as follows:20kg bag (laterite 111):5.5 liter (Laterite 73).Spacer of 3mm shall be used between the tiles and joints filled using Laterite Latapoxy SP-100 epoxy grout in Inca Gold colour. The joint depth shall be 6mm.Laticrete product shall be as manufactured by Laterite India Pvt.ltd/Laterite International Inc.)over 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand) in levelling course laid to proper slopes over screed base including base preparation including movement joint in screed as per specification with 10mm thick compressible filler to edge of screed with two parts polysulphide sealant to top edge as per approved drawings and directions of Architect-in-charge.

300*300 hazard warning and directional tactile tiles as per approved drawings

Platform Yellow strip- Providing and laying yellow visibility vitrified tile as per control sample of size 200*100*8 mm thick at platform level over 20mm thk bed of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in levelling coarse laid to proper slopes over screed base including base preparation including movement joint in screed as per specification with 10mm thick compressible filler to edge of screed with two parts polysulphide sealant to top edge as per approved drawing and directions of engineer- in-charge.The tiles shall be free from objectionable surface blemishes such as projections, depressions, flakes, hairline cracks and bubbles. The tiles shall be level and regular in size with properly formed corners and shall not be warped or deformed in any manner laid at right angles as per design and pattern if required.The flooring/Tiles shall be covered with POP / Gypsum powder of 12mm thick /Plywood to ensure that the flooring is not damaged till the construction work is completed and handed over.

Vitrified tile skirting- Providing and fixing 1st quality 10mm thick Vitrified wall tiles of minimum 60cmx60cm size or higher and of approved make, conforming to IS :13755, The tiles shall be free from objectionable surface blemishes such as projections, depressions, flakes, hairline cracks and bubbles. The tiles shall be level and regular in size with properly formed corners and shall not be warped or deformed in any manner laid at right angles as per design and pattern if required,shade, colour and finish in all colours, shades, size in skirting, wall cladding, border tiles and dados over 20/12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)/ adhesive and jointing with approved adhesive and grouting material with pointing in epoxy grout of approved color & make. Joint width: 3 mm or as specified. The flooring/Tiles shall be covered with POP/ Gypsum powder of 12mm thick/ Plywood to ensure that the flooring is not damaged till the construction work is completed and handed over.

Anti dust Epoxy coating for Flooring- Providing and applying anti dust sealer (epoxy coating) 1000μ thick epoxy floor coating along with necessary floor preparation by approved manufacturer with use of two component, high solid, epoxy resin based floor primer @50 μ & then topcoat. Self levelling coatings with excellent flow & levelling characteristics, conforms to the Global Migration Standards laid down in US-FDA: 21CFR 175-300 and also having mechanical properties such as compressive strength 51 mpa (ASTM C 579), Flexural strength 12 mpa (ASTM C 580) & Tensile Strength 8 mpa (ASTM C 307) on floor as per approved colour and shade over Vacuum dewatered floor. The moisture content of the concrete flooring should be less than 5%. Location: SER & TER rooms

Anti static membrane - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning double layer membrane each layer comprising heavy duty Serum based bituminous sheet and PVC sheet of thickness 1.20 and 0.40mm respectively (Two layers, each 1.60mm thick per layer) at platform edge, as per approved specification and drawing attached. Rate to be quoted by contractor shall be inclusive of materials like membranes and bituminous priming coat over concrete surface, labour, tools and tackles etc. complete by contractor. ( Including surface preparation and providing 9mm fire borad between vertical joint).

Acid and / or alkali resistant Vitrified floor tiles - Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and / or alkali resistant vitrified tiles of approved make and colour using acid and /or alkali resisting mortar bedding and joints filled with acid and / or alkali resisting cement as per IS:4457 complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge. On a flooring on a bed up to 30mm thick mortar of 1:4 proportion.The tiles shall be free from objectionable surface blemishes such as projections, depressions, flakes, hairline cracks and bubbles. The tiles shall be level and regular in size with properly formed corners and shall not be warped or deformed in any manner laid at right angles as per design and pattern if required.The flooring/Tiles shall be covered with POP / Gypsum powder of 12mm thick /Plywood to ensure that the flooring is not damaged till the construction work is completed and handed over.

PAINTING WORK

Texture Paint - Providing and applying two coats of Texture paint by approved manufacturer after applying corresponding roller coat as primer on pre-plastered surface as per approved sample in approved shade. The composition of the texture paint should consist of ACRYLIC copolymer resigns combined with quartz ,silica, mineral, aggregates, synthetic inorganic pigments, bactericide, fungicides and various other additives, giving the product water repellant properties. The first coat to be applied by brush or wool roller as a base coat, diluted with sufficient water and the final coat (Undiluted) to be applied by trowel and finished with acrylic trowel to maintain with or without groves, as per details in drawings. The thickness of both coats should be 1.0 to 1.5mm. the water repellency of the product shall be >= 86gm/m2 as per test method IS:5410-1969, complete as per manufacture’s specifications and instructions by Engineer in Charge at site. The rate shall include necessary scaffolding, labour and material complete

External emulsion paint - Providing and applying two coats of exterior-grade acrylic emulsion base coat followed by two coats of premium weather-resistant exterior emulsion top coat with anti-fungal, water-repellent, and UV-resistant properties. Application shall include surface preparation, primer and finish coats. Complete in all respects. Minimum warranty for performance, anti-algal, anti-fungal and waterproofing of 10 years of approved brands.

Anti dust paint in shafts - Providing and Applying the Anti dust paint on RCC Surface (two or more coats) below the false floor with at all operational rooms/ locations after cleaning & preparing the surface i.e dust free and applying the said paint as per manufacturers specifiations including scaffolding, appropriate priming coat etc. complete in all respect and as per direction of Architect in charge.

ALUMINIUM WORK

ALUMINIUM LOUVER

Aluminium Louver - Providing, fabricating, testing (incl. performance analysis) and fixing sun louver system of max height 1500mm (fixing at all heights) and as manufactured by approved manufacturer. The system shall consist of Z-shaped panels fixed on aluminium extruded brackets. The panels shall be of dimension 98.5mm X 132mm with back rolled round edges and manufactured from 0.6mm thick aluminium alloy AA3005/3105/3003,coil coated with scratch resistant exterior grade paint finish. The anodised clamps belonging to the system shall be fixed to the approved substructure by others in 136.5mm c/c. All properties and specifications shall comply with ECCA directives and more specifically EN 1396:1996. Clamps shall be fixed to suitable substructure provided by others at 150 mm from panel edges and maximum centre-to-centre spacing of 1000mm. The panels shall be fixed to the clamps as per fixing procedures. The front side of the panel shall be of approved colours in exterior finish with 24-30microns thick and the backside shall have standard white polyester coating. Aluminium windows for rooms, common areas and entry/exit - Providing, fabricating, testing (incl. structural analysis) and installing in position, pure polyester powder coated aluminium windows of max size 2400mm x 2400mm, of approved colour with an outer frame (Global Aluminium Section Code - 1609H, 1610H, 1832H, and 1832H or equivalent) and shutter (Global Aluminium Section Code - 1820, 1822, 1824 or equivalent ), glazing clip (Global Aluminium Clip Code - 1723 or equivalent) outer frames, architraves, beading, wool pile 8mm thick toughened glass, gaskets, complete including all fittings. The minimum sizes, thickness and weights per unit length of the aluminium sections to be given by tenderer, however, nothing extra shall be payable to the Contractor for using larger/heavier sections than those given, if found inadequate during structural analysis. For different sizes other than those mentioned, the unit rate will be calculated based on pro rata basis. Uniformity of thickeness of aluminium sections shall be ensured across different sizes of windows. The Aluminium frame shall have the strength and stability to withstand the load of the whole unit without any MS frame supports. No extra cost will be paid for MS frame supports. The minimum sizes, thickness and weights per unit length of the aluminium sections to be given by tenderer, however, nothing extra shall be payable to the Contractor for using larger/heavier sections than those given, if found inadequate during structural analysis. For different sizes other than those mentioned, the unit rate will be calculated based on pro rata basis. Cement boards shall be fixed with countersunk screws at specified intervals ensuring a flush, level surface. Joints to be filled with suitable jointing compound and tape for a seamless finish. Perforated metal panel ceiling

Providing and installing suspended ceiling system at all levels with interlocking grid of size 1200x600mm / 600x600mm ceiling module consisting of demountable infill units (size 1200x600x0.5mm) having 50mm gap at every 1200mm, gap covered with 82mm wide channel having flanges to hold ceiling panels. Baffle ceiling

Providing and fixing Baffle Aluminium panel ceiling manufactured by approved manufacturer of approved colour consisting of panel size 150 mm deep X 50 mm width using 0.7mm thick, Module of 150mm,panel length upto 5 mtr, Coil Coated on a Continuous Paint Line, Double baked and roll formed from enamelled corrosion resistance Aluminium alloy AA 3105 (Al. Mg) for higher strength and good roll forming characteristics. Panels shall be clipped to a baked enamelled Aluminium carrier of 30 mm wide x 47 mm high x 0.95 mm thick, Black Colour coated, one leg of the carriers with cut outs to hold the panels in a module of 300 mm. Panel carrier shall be suspended by means of M6 threaded rod at a pitch distance specified by the manufacturer standard. MS Railing -Providing and fixing M.S. steel hand railing as per the design and drawings and specifications to staircase approximately 1200 mm high comprising of 32 mm dia 10 Gauge MS hollow tube vertically fixed to every fourth step welded to 50 mm dia 10 gauge MS pipe on top for handrail and 20 mm dia MS pipe vertically in between welded to 2 Nos of 20 mm dia M.S. Steel Framework - Providing and fixing structural steel frame work for paneling works, other framing works, reinforcing external facade at all heights using M.S. square/ rectangular tube including cost of cutting, bending, welding etc. The frame work shall be fixed to the wall with the help of M.S. brackets/ flats etc. which shall be welded to the frame and anchored in wall. Polycarbonate Sheet Supply and Installation of translucentpolycarbonate roof with multicell polycarbonate panel system. The system with complete assembly of co extruded UV protected multicell panels incorporated into a complete system. Co-extruded UV protected polycarbonate panel system of min 16 mm thick of 900mm-1200mm width with angular daylighting concept. Panel shall be fixed over MS structural steel/MS purlin (paid separately) conforming to the detail technical specifications as per approved architectural drawings. Trained and factory authorized labour with supervision to complete the entire panel installation as per drawing & direction of the engineering in charge.

Aluminium composite Panel - Providing and fixing Aluminum Composite panels in all colours of approved brand for wall cladding at all heights and elevations including necessary aluminum composite panel consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of anti oxidant LDPE sandwiched between two skin of 0.5 mm thick alloy sheet making a total sheet thickness of 4 mm. The surface shall be finished with PVDF base coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with a polymer paint. Coating shall confirm to ECCA of AAMA. The system shall design to withstand wind pressure of 200 Kg/Sqm and shall be fixed to the masonry/RCC walls with necessary clamps, bracket and anchor fasteners. All Clamps and brackets shall be hot dip galvanized minimum 80 micron thick and confirmed to IS : 4759 - 1996. The extruded aluminum sections shall be anodized in approved colour with anodic coating minimum 20 microns. Extruded section shall be of 6063 T5 or T6 alloy confirming to ASTM B 221. (items include cost of aluminum frame, ACP Panels, Cramps 110mm size, weather sealant, gasket, foam, fixtures, scaffolding, all machineries and any other fastening strips, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc. complete).Item shall include to provide EPDM gaskets ( by approved manufacturer), open cell polyethylene backer rods, weather sealant etc. The weather sealant shall be Dow Corning 991 or equivalent and the width of the gap filled with sealant shall be as specified. Standing seam roofing system - Providing, fixing Aluminium standing seam roofing system, bending to required curved profile and fixing single skin Klip lock concealed system Profiled Sheeting 500-770 mm cover width, 43 mm crests @ 186-333 mm c/c manufactured out 0.50mm BMT (base metal thickness) Hi-tensile color coated Zincalume/Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide pans with stiffening ribs for effective water shedding & strength. Special male/female ends with full return legs on side laps for Purlin supports and anti-capillary flute in side lap. The sheets shall have hot-dipped metallic Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating (150 gms / sqm, Zinc 45%, Aluminium 55%). Coating mass total on both sides AZ-150 or equivalent as per AS 1397-1993 Minimum 550 Mpa yield strength with Super durable Polyester XRW/ SMP quality paint coat of approved colour. Coating shall be as per AS/NZS-2728-1997, Category 3-4 Total coating thickness of 35 microns, comprising of 20 microns exterior coat of Super Durable Polyester XRW/SMP on top surface and 5 micron polyester reverse on back surface over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces including side and end laps. The Sheets shall be fixed using approved continious clip KL-70 or equivalent manufactured from Hi-tensile Zincalume / Galvalume steel base and galvanised hooks as approved by Engineer - In- Charge, The clip shall be fastened by polymer coated hot dip galvanized hex head self drilling fasteners as per AS 3566 class 3 with EPDM washers on each crest of sheets for connection with Purlins and polymer coated hot dipped stitching fasteners @ regular Interval on all sides and end laps.

Finish of the compact laminate should be Suede, Raw silk model includes doors, pilasters & intermediate panels finished with approved texture/shade as per the approved detail drawings & as per IS 2046 (Indian standard) and as per fire retardant BS-476/97 standard. The base of the stainless steel bottom cladding will be anchored to the floor with a clearance height up to 100mm. the top fitting should consist of SS round top rail which will get fixed with pilasters, with SS panel tube holder, SS corner bend (connected with top rail) will be used on the corner of cubicle in absence of brick wall, SS wall fixing is used only on the wall which will hold the SS top rail.

SS sheet cladding on sides of Escalator for closure of gaps - The outer decking extensions for escalators shall be done using 1.5mm thick stainless-steel sheets of SS304 grade Panels shall be with reinforcement and sprayed – on fire resistant vibration / sound attenuating backing material and decking extensions shall have tight butt joint and be fastened to the truss with concealed stainless-steel bolts, nuts and washers. The joint line shall be perpendicular to the escalator step nose line without any longitudinal joints. All joint lines of decking extension shall be aligned and staggered in arrangement in line with the joint line of interior panel. Additional supports for decking extension are to be provided with Gi angles and chequered plates appropriately. The architectural contractor shall interface with escalator contractor for installation as a part of his interface responsibilities. This includes supporting MS frames if needed.

Interlocking Paver Block 60mm - Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Architect-in-charge.

Interlocking Paver Block 100mm - Providing and laying 100mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Architect-in-charge.
