(A) SH: SEISMIC RETROFITTING WORK

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform with 12 mm thick shuttering ply

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre,horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Chiseling the deteriorated concrete upto 25mm to 40mm thick with power driven (Hilti-TE504 or equivalent) or pneumatic chisel of standard including cleaning loose friable materials, also removal of rust in the rebars with rust remover, buffing wheel etc, including applying Zinc rich primer on th rebars etc including equipments , tooles and tackles etc complete to be kept ready to receive PMM mortar/Micro Concrete etc.

Providing and applying pre-packed single component polymer modified protective mortar including mechanical mixing, applying layer by layer of thickness not more than 5mm each layer etc. as per the manufactures specification etc. complete including bond coat if required.

Providing and placing in position Micro Concrete, which shall be cement based pre-packed single component chloride free, non-shrink , free flow, self compacting ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion obtained from approved manufacturer as per specification upto Grade not less than M40 for column, beam, slab etc. wherever required including mixing with paddle fitted low RPM machine, including materials, Aggregate, labours etc. complete.

Providing and injecting cement slurry Grouting by fixing 10 to 20 mm dia. suitable nozzle of suitable length, over the surface of PCC/RCC/ Brickmasonry and along the construction joint line, cracks, wherever required. Fixing of nozzle shall be in the required portion and the Nozzles shall be fixed with suitable size holes preferably by using repercussive hammer drill (electrically operated) including neat cement slurry admixed with water. Soluble non - shrink based chemical shall be injected through the network of nozzles with low pressure grout pumps (PDP) at a pressure of about 2.0 Kg /cm2, preparing cement slurry by mixing cement with non-shrink @ 500 gms/50 kg bag of cement and water, ensuring that Water : Cement ratio does not exceed 2 (by weight). Wetter the structure, lesser should be the water cement ratio. The viscosity of the resultant solution water/cement/non-shrink should not be more than 1.2 centipoises. Plasticizing agent shall be added wherever required. The grouting shall be started at very low pressure and increased gradually to a required pressure. The grouting shall be continued till the hole refuses to take any further grout, even at an increased pressure. Applied pressure shall not be more than the strength of the PCC/RCC/brick masonry. After completion of grouting operation, the nozzles shall be sealed properly to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Quoted rate shall be inclusive of all.

Providing and fixing shear connectors, fixing with epoxy as per manufactures specification, drilling 10mm dia hole upto a depth of 100mm, cleaning the holes with blowers etc. and fixing connectors with 8mm steel upto a length of 150mm to 300mm depending upon the requirement including cutting and bending with labour, equipment, machinary etc. complete wherever required.

Anchoring wall /slab after exposing ceiling slab/floor slab and connecting the same with suitable MS Plate, Micro/M25 grade concrete etc complete. All including steel, concrete , frabracation , fixing , casting

Providing and fixing seismic strap, made of G.I. wire mesh of required size (25x25mm, 3mm nominal diameter G.I. wire mesh, Hot dip galvanizing at the rate of 120 gm per Sqm as per IS code 4826) on walls with the help of anchor bolts/bars/ binding wires etc. including cutting, bending and binding etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Overlaps of 100mm shall be allowed in transverse direction. Minimum 10 mm cover on either side of the strap shall be given while rendering. The same width shall be taken for measurement (Anchors, making of holes, steel if any shall be paid separately) and rendered with pre-packed polymer modified mortar upto 10 mm thickness including mechanical mixing, applying layer by layer of thickness not more than 5mm each layer etc. as per the manufactures specification including bond coat etc. complete.

Providing and fixing anchors of required length not less than 700mm made of four G.I. bars of minimum diameter 3mm for fixing seismic straps to the existing walls including drilling holes, inserting anchor through the holes in walls, binding with straps provided on one or both faces of the walls, grouting the holes with micro-concrete etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge or equivalent method of anchoring with steel welding system etc

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 6mm done chips of 10mm to 20 mm depending on the site condition) with addition of Polypropylene fiber as per manufactures specification or at the rate of 200 gms per one bag of cement and admixture at the rate of 200 ml per bag of cement etc. mixing, pouring, leveling, curing etc including lift etc. complete for PCC flagging or wherever required.

SUB-HEAD : (B) SH: REHABILITATION WORK

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level:

1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

First class brick work in superstructure above plinth level & upto floor-five level including cost of all materials as required complete:-

Glazed Vitrified Tiles (Glossy / Mat Finish/ Anti-Skid) Size of tile 600 mm x 600 mm

Providing and laying 1st class quality ceramic floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 -2017 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory,Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.

Surface preparation by overlay ( 50mm) with rich grade concrete M25 and (pre-packed polymer modified mortar if required), with seperated with plain glass of suitable size on either side excluding the cost of centering shuttering , and reinforcement, including Polypropylene Fibre at the rate of 800 Gm per cum of concrete and admixture at the rate of 150ml per bag of cement, etc complete and the glass shall be fixed with micro concrete or equ.including bond coat of SBR/cement slurry etc compelete after removing loose friable material and weak concrete, surface defects such as blowholes and voids must be fully exposed. Repairs to the substrate, filling of joints, blowholes/voids and surface leveling must be carried out using appropriate products, surface biocide used in the treatment of microbial contamination (fungi, algae, mosses, lichen, mildew and moulds) to be applied prior to the application of a coating system. It is also essential that visible growth, flaking paint and others loose materials are removed prior to application. This may be achieved by wire brush, scraper or other similar means. Oil/grease contamination should be removed using a proprietary solution etc. complete High spots/undulation must be removed by grinding, outgrassing is a naturally occurring phenomenon of concrete that can produce pinholes in subsequently applied coatings, so the surface preparation must be touch sound and neat & clean to receive the coating. Measurement shall be in lenghth and breath of the over lay, steel, shear connector & centering shall be paid seperately

SUB-HEAD : (C) SH: SANITARY & WATERSUPPLY WORK

Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made of solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 60mm width & 30mm thickness and shall be fixed to wall as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge using 100x8 sheet metal CSK screws.

Providing and fixing 28 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 71mm width & 28mm thick as vertical & horizontal styles.
