all incidental works, complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and

directions of Engineer-in-Charge, comprising: 1 coat Alkali Resistant

Exterior Primer, 1 coat Plain Texture (Dholpur finish or equivalent), 1 coat

Bubble Press Texture, 1 coat Elastomeric Waterproofing Primer (No Damp

or equivalent) having minimum 500% elongation capacity and crack-

bridging up to 4 mm, and 2 coats elastomeric exterior decorative paint

with stretch & sheen finish (Mica Marble or equivalent). complete.

instructions. Texture and colour selection as per approved by engineer in

charge including primer. INCLUDING ALL NECESSARY M.S FABRICATION,

scaffolding,all hardwares, and anchor fastners, AND complete the work

satisfactorily as per instruction of architect or Engineer-in charge.

1 The Contractor shall be exhibit board as per government circular No.BDG/3277/1657 N dated 26/01/1997 S (M.GUJ) with

detailed specification and details of work and amount Involved at site without any payment as directed by Engineer-In-

2 All work shall be carried out as per public work department hand book and other specifications of Division or as directed.

3 All columns in the Schedule should be filled in ink & the total of the entries in the last column should be struck by Contractor

under his sign.

4 Rates quoted include clearance of site (Prior commencement of work and its close) in all respects and hold good for work

5 The Boards stating the detailed specification & detailes of Work shal be provided by the contractor as per Government

Resolution T.No.1890-240- Dtd.18/11/1990 and directed by contractor at his own cost immediately on recommanding the

10 Necessary wiring point and drainage point are installed at Site however any modification in electrical installation and
