Strengthening of Side railings (Port & STBD sides) Size: 40 X 40 mm & 40 X 20 mm square & rectangular pipe respectively on on-board dredger to be properly welded at damaged potions at the base portion as per Marine standard includes labour and material cost.

Re-writing of the vessel name and identification details in the existing typeface, design, size, and colour. The scope also includes marking the vessel name, registration number, and port of registry on all Life Saving Appliances (LSA) and Fire Fighting Appliances (FFA) with clear visibility, in accordance with KIV rules and applicable statutory requirements. The quoted price includes all labour, materials, equipment, and consumables required to complete the work.

Supply and fitting of toilet door, light foundations, and canopy support leg, including dismantling of damaged components, supply, fabrication (if required), installation, alignment, and fixing complete with all necessary hinges, brackets, bolts, nuts, washers, and associated fittings. The work shall include testing and making the toilet door, light foundations, and canopy fully functional. The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, materials, consumables, tools, tackles, transportation, and incidental charges required for the satisfactory completion of the work.

Charges for Repairing of the Engine Room door, including rectification of damaged portions, renewal of damaged thermal/acoustic insulation, replacement of defective hinges, locking arrangements, fasteners, and other associated fittings as required. The work shall include refitting, alignment, testing, and making the door fully functional and properly insulated. The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, materials, consumables, tools, tackles, transportation, and incidental charges required for the satisfactory completion of the work.

Supply and installation of a new DC fan of approved make and suitable capacity, complete with all necessary fittings, wiring, labour, testing, and commissioning, to make the unit fully operational.

Cost of spares (on actual + 10% basis) will be reimbursed

Charges for Renewal of glass beading for 5 Nos. cabin windows, including removal and refitting of the existing glass, supply and fitting of new rubber beading, renewal of weather-tight sealing, application of sealing compound, testing, and making the cabin windows completely weather-tight and fully functional. The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, materials, consumables, and incidental charges.
