SPECIAL REPAIR TO TRANSFORMER, 5 MVA (66/11 KVA) S NO. 22879/2 MAKE- VOLTAMP UNDER GE (AF) HALWARA

M&L for repair and maintenance of 5 MVA (66/11KV) transformer kept in safe custody at Voltamp, Vadodara (Gujrat) through OEM only i.e Volt Amp, Vadodara, Gujrat at their factory premises, comprising of the following :- (a) Replacement of 3 phase HV windings with (01 Nos) fresh copper, insulation, connection copper + MAR Snout (HV 03 Windings) HSN Code 85049010. (b) Replacement of 3 phase LV windings with fresh copper, insulation, connection copper + MAR Snout (LV 03 Windings) HSN Code 85049010. (c) Transformer Oil as per IS:335 for filling in main tank (Qty 5280 ltrs for Main tank + 200 Ltrs of fresh oil for cleaning) HSN Code 27101990. (d) Direct/indirect material like Brazing rods, creep paper roll, copper lugs, gaskets, oil seals etc during the rectification work. (e) LV metal part (17.5KV/630Amps) (f) Assembly insulation for all 3 phases (g) Labour Charges for repair & maintenance i.e. Rectification/Repair of 5 MVA 66/11KVA, Onan, Voltamp Make transformer Sr No JN:22879/2. (h) Labour Charges for repair & maintenance i.e. Shot Blasting & Painting of tank & accessories (with out radiators) complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- (i) The repair & maintenance work shall be carried out through OEM only i.e. Voltamp, Vadodara, Gujrat. An MOU with OEM in this regard shall be submitted by the contractor within 15 days of receipt of Acceptance letter, failing which the contract is liable to be cancalled on contractor's default and no compensation what so ever on this account shall be admissible. (ii) The repair & maintenance work shall be carried out at factory premises of OEM i.e. Voltamp, Vadodara, Gujrat. (iii) The old retrieved material from transformer such as Copper winding, transformer Oil etc, has already been handed over to OEM and no such materials shall be the property of the Contractor. The quoted rate by the contractor shall deemed to be included for this aspect and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. However, OEM shall consider this credit amount against his quotation for repair work of transformer against item No 1 of BOQ. (iv) Routine test and Joint Inspection shall be carried out after repair of transformer at OEM premises in the presence of rep of Accepting Officer to be detailed by Accepting Officer. (v) The payment against item No 1 shall be made to contractor only after receipt of satisfactory test results carried out by PSPCL and SEI alongwith other test results and joint inspection report as mentioned in tender documents. (vi) The quoted rate shall deemed to be included for the above provision and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

M&L for Heavy Mobile Telescope crane 150 Ton for unloading of Transformer from truck and placing on Transformer plinth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing and commisioning of Power transformer 5 MVA 66/11 KV by PSPCL team, complete all as specified and directed.

Transportation of transformer including loading, transit & insurance charges from OEM site i.e Vadodara (GJ) to Halwara (Only for Fro charges), complete all specified and as directed.

Labour Charges only for refixing of Transformer 5MVA 66/11 KVA, complete all specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of Three Phase Over current Earth fault relay (Numerical) P127 for CR panel of 3 x 5 MVA Power Transformer, complete all specified and as directed. Make - Micom as per existing make.

Supply, fixing commissioning and testing of Three Phase Over current Earth fault relay (Numerical) ADR 241A-18-250 vdc for outgoing 11KV VCBs, complete all specified and as directed. Make - Ashida as per existing make

Supply, fixing commissioning and testing of Three Phase Over current Earth fault relay (Numerical) Type 7SR1003 for Main incomer 11KC VCBs, complete all specified and as directed. Make - Seimens as per existing make.
