Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated /un saturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated earth more than 3mtr.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts and handing over the usable materials available from excavation to department free of cost as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing Mild/TOR steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending, binding & placing in position complete up to floor two level (TOR/Mild steel ) in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Veritcal surface such as wall ( any thickness) partion and the like including attached pilaster, butresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like, floors etc upto 200 mm in thickness with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing MS Steel sheet Manhole Manhole cover with MS Sheet of 1.5mm thick internal size of cover 450x610mmx100mm including Providing & fixing of MS angle Iron frame of suitable size with ISA 50x50x4 mm complete with hold fasts and two handle & one coat of red oxide paint with in all leads & lifts as per the Entire satisfaction direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches galvanized mild steel screwed and socketed /flanged pipes of following diameter and class, tube fittings in trenches i/c carriage of pipes from Sub-Divisional Store to site of work,(Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying, jointing (by way of circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding) and testing of MSERW pipe of following dia meters confirming to BIS 3183-2007 confirming to L-210 pipe of following diameter (latest with up to date amendments) steel grade A & wall thickness as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers/ tapers, all short pieces, beds etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe will include all operation such as cutting. welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards and the damaged portion of the pipes and specials made form the parent tube shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately).
