(A) Landscaping

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40 mm all complete.

Supply, stacking and laying of GSB Naturally occurring gravel close graded maximum aggregate size range 75mm granular sub base course including sorting, spreading to template, watering and consolidation to required gradient and camber with 80-100KN road roller all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, unloading carriage of materials from approved source to site of work complete. Finished work to be measured

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m all complete.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil :

P/L, of dry stone soling duly hand packed for foundation and backfilling with ramming, dressing, and compacting all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Flooring with Cobble stone of approx. Size 125x125x75mm (thick) laid on 25 mm average thick cement mortar1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone, laid in approved pattern complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and supplying and Instalation of Seating benches at waiting area as directed by engineer incharge ( three seater bench ) 60" *20" * 36" (Design and Pattern to be approved by the EIC) M.S Benches.
