Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils, rocks & E&B etc. As met at site , true to lines as per plan, L section , Cross slope, super elevation as required , also including uprooting & cutting of bushes, dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes, with all lift & leads, required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated in drawings by mechanical means/ manual means and including construction of required coolie walling of minimum height of 0.60 mt with the stones available from the required hill side cutting for retaining the muck, without otherwise damaging the forest , forest land , utilities, private and public properties ,including slip clearance and its safe disposal (same as per mentioned above for safe disposal of surplus excavated material), till the completion of the work as per part II special conditions of contract, MORD specification Clauses 1601,1602 & 1603, and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in foundation for structures in all types of soils and rocks including lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MoRD specification clause 305 (R/W, B/W, Parapet,Scupper, Catchpit, drain etc.)

Construction of R. R. stone masonary laid dry including supply of all materials, labour, t&p & royalty etc, required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MoRD specifications Clause 700 &1604. (R/W, B/W, Scupper, Catchpit etc.)

Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions (Zinc plus PVC coated), of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120 mm, mesh wire diameter 2.7mm/3.7mm, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.4/4.4 mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2/3.2 mm. (The work includes filling boulders in the gabions).

Cement plum masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:6 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Providing and laying of concrete for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) in open foundations for structures including supply of all materials, labour,T&P, royalty etc,required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications Clause 800 , 1202 & 1203 P.C.C grade M 10.

White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per technical specifications Clause 1916 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards face complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure/substructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202.(The reinforcement steel shall be procured from original (primary) steel producers as per clause no. 2011.3.1 of MORD specifications (First Revision'2014) and IS 1786:2008 clause no. 1.6)

Construction of Hill side Kutcha Trapezoidal drain as per drawing (Top 0.60m, Bottom 0.30m & Height 0.40 to 0.60m as per site) in accordance with the requirement as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014

Repairs of damages caused by rain/spillage of water Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry,watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade, profile and rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.5.11.

Excavation in Cutting in all type of Soil and rock by manual means with lead up to 50 M for carrying of cut earth to embankment ( Half cut and half fill ) as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification Clause 302.3 For making damaged super Elevation.

Construction of Embankment with material obtained from Roadway Cutting/with approved materials deposited at site from roadway as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications for Rural Roads 2014 (Filling/Patri Filling)

Coolie walling including supply of all material, labour, T&P , royalty etc. required for proper completion of the work , as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per PWD specifications 8.90

dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto alead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202

Construction of granular sub-base - Granular sub-base/ base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. (Using naturally occuring gravel) (Compacted Thickness of G.S.B. Leyer - 125mm.)

W.B.M. GRADING-2.By Mechanical Means. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

WBM Grading 3:By Mechanical Means-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Prime Coat Medium porosity:-Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Specification Clause 502 (emulsion used for cold mix shall be from a supplier who will be authorised supplier of 'IPR' owner i.e CRRI, Delhi )

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Specification Clause 503. (emulsion used for cold mix shall be from a supplier who will be authorised supplier of 'IPR' owner i.e CRRI, Delhi)

20mm Open graded PC (using shredded waste plastic material ) Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-30 bitumen and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Using Bitumen VG-30 @ 1.34 Kg/Sqm and shredded waste plastic material @ 0.120 Kg/Sqm as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying seal coat (SS2) by Bitumen /Bituminious Emulsion (Tailor made binder) as binder for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (emulsion used for cold mix shall be from a supplier who will be authorised supplier of 'IPR' owner i.e CRRI, Delhi)

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade 5th kilometer stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing, directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification Clause 1703.

Providing and erecting direction and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape , required shade and colour. as per approved drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge/ as per Clause 1701 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014. .

Providing and fixing of reference piller of RR stone masonry with Mud mortar of size 20x20x30 including top & three face plaster & material as directed by below ground, disposal of surplus material as directed by Engineer in charge for proper completion of work duly painted and written as per of Er-in-charge (40 No/Km) as per MORD specification Clause No. 1602.1, 1602.2, 1602.3

Construction of Back cutting piller size 30x30x40 cm with R.R.stone masonry laid in mud mortar and plastering with cement sand morter (1:4 ) complete in all respect as per standard drawing and MORD specifications , for rural roads 2014.

Providing and fixing of Job pillar of RR stone masonry with Mud mortar of size 40x40x60 in depth including top & three face plaster & excavation 10 cm below ground, disposal of surplus material as directed by Engineer in charge for proper completion of work duly painted and written as per of Er-in-charge (4 No/Km) as per MORD specification Clause No. 1602.1, 1602.2, 1602.3

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound of ISI Mark Approved Quality of 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes

Bio - Engineering (Fixing Empty Asphalt Drum)

Routine Maintenance Under PBMC

Maintenance Under PBMC for (1) Trimming of grass and weeds from the shoulders/Berms and disposing of the same to suitable locations as per technical specification clause 1914. (2) Maintenance of road side drain including minor slip clearence reshaping, deepening and regrading as well as catch water drains as per technical specification clause 1907. (3) Maintenance of shoulders to the required level by filling/cutting the soil and its compacting including disposal of the surplus material in approved muck disposal points as per technical specification clause 1903 (4) Maintenance of scuppers & culverts by way of clearing, cleaning, erosion repair, repair to crack, parapet walls and protection works as per technical specification clause 1908. (5) Maintenance of Causeway by way of minor surface repairs, replacing guide posts, repair of fixed gauges, removal of debris providing boulders and protection works and painting as per technical specification clause 1909. (6) Maintenance of road signs by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory / requlatory / cautionary / informatory and place identifications sign board as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1910.
