Engagement of Independent Engineer for the project - Development of tourism at Mahabalipuram Lighthouse on PPP basis.

Amount

Charges/Fees payable for functioning as Independent Engineer for the project. The quoted price shall be inclusive of all the cost such as the charges/fees (in Indian Rupees) to be paid for this service/assignment, incidentals, overheads, Stationery, traveling expenses in connection with site inspection, Official visits for attending meetings, discussions with Concessionaire and Concession Authority or any Statutory bodies, printing and binding of relevant reports, expenditure related to presentations to be made during the execution of assignment, sundries and all other expenditure for execution of these services as per the scope of work and Terms of Reference and also the tasks the firm may think should be carried out in order to meet the objectives of the subject assignment. No extra claim in this regard shall be entertained at a later date/stage. The actual payment shall be made on Pro-rata basis on the actual duration of the service rendered. Note: The Contract will be awarded to the bidder arrived as per the clause 5.2 (Evaluation of Financial bid ) & 5.3 (Final Combined Evaluation Process of the Bids) based on QCBS method. Mere L1 in commerical bid will not yield L1 status.
