Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)
Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates
The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (atleast 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender, i.e Rs. 61.40 Lakhs (amount put to tender Rs. 122.72 Lakhs) during last 5 years reckoned back from 2024-25 . The certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division & counter signed by the SE of the concern circle and should have following information The cost will be updated to the present value by giving weightage of 10% each year, if the work is completed prior to the year 2025-26. Similar work means Earthwork (Excavtion,Embankment,Filling spil material works and construction of Reinforced cement concrete structures, Irrigation structures kind of works
The intending bidder should have executed a minimum quantity (usually 80% of the peak annual rate of construction) in any one financial year, during last five financial years reckoned back from 2024-25. MINIMUM QUANTITY TO BE EXCUTED 35557.00 Cum (0.80x 22222.89 x 12 months / 06months) Certificate should be obtained from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division and countersigned by the SE of the concerned Circle. of (0.80xTotal Quantity x 12 months / 06months)
The intending bidder his or its name should have in the last 5 years i.e2020-21 to 2024-25 achieved in at least 2 financial years a minimum financial turnover of not less than 2 times the estimated annual payments Rs.491.00 Lakhs (Rs. Amount put to tender x 2 x 12 months /06months) The turnover prior to FY 2024-25 will be updated to the Present Price Level (2025-26) by giving weight age of 10% each year. Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the two years indicated above should be furnished.

Providing and laying in Reinforced cement concrete for all Basement & surface level works, return walls, retaining walls, sunken floors etc. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.
