Topography Survey Work at Numaligarh Refinery, Assam

Conducting topographical ground / land survey & carrying out Spot levels at grid , (including Constructing of Grid Pillar as per specifications) in the specified area indicated by conventional / GPS or any other standard method , covering details as specified in the plot plan /scope of work/sketches/as-built markup and elsewhere in tender document and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including submitting hard copies of drawing / map and supply of electronic files. The rate shall includes mobilizing tools tackles, personnel for specific purpose of carrying out the field work, contour surveying, locating the plant boundaries , limits, calculating reduced levels for surveying at site, establishing HFL( high flood level) , locating and construction of new bench mark Pillars (15 nos.) and also, Clearing and stripping of the areas, removing shrubs, grass, bushes, vegetation growth and other objectionable materials, trees up to and inclusive of a girth of 30cms (girth measured at a height of one meter from ground level ) including uprooting of roots, etc. for taking spot levels, disposing all materials out side boundary limit all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineering-in Charge. Refer ATTACHMENT - 1for the proposed locations and battery limits inside the refinery.

Description As same as point 1 above but, conducting topographical ground / land survey in Strip of land, Outside battery limits of plant boundary, along the existing raw water pipe line route, specified width 5m on either side of routing (10m wide strip), for the proposed new RW pipe line construction, all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineering-in Charge. Refer ATTACHEMENT-2 for the routing and ATTACHMENT-3 for coordinates.

Description As same as point 1 above but, conducting topographical ground / land survey in Raw water intake well area on bank of river which is outside the plant battery limits with two bench mark piller, all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineering-in Charge. Refer ATTACHEMENT-4 for the proposed location and battery limits.

Description As same as point 1 above but, conducting topographical ground / land survey in Strip of land, Outside battery limits of plant boundary, along the proposed LPG Product Line coordinates or pipe line routes, (approximate width of 25m) from the NRL Plant to the proposed Bottling Plant / Bullet Storage Facilities / LPG Gantry Area, which is located approximately 25km (DABIDUBI) away from the existing NRL Refinery plant, all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineering-in Charge. The location / boundary / battery limits will be confirmed by OWNER / CONSULTANT / ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE by Mar 2021, to start the activities.

Description As same as point 1 above but, conducting topographical ground / land survey in Proposed Bottling Plant / Bullet Storage Facilities / LPG Gantry Area, which is located approximately 25km away from the existing NRL Refinery plant (DABIDUBI) , with five bench mark pillers, all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineering-in Charge. The location / boundary / battery limits will be confirmed by OWNER / CONSULTANT / ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE by Mar 2021, to start the activities.
