OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES TO MAINTAIN AND UPKEEP OTM/MD ACCOMMODATIONS UNDER GE(N) MAMUN AND GE (S) MAMUN AT MAMUN MIL STN

Outsourcing to provide services to attend day to day complaints of repair of plastering, flooring, tiling, brickwork and leakage/seepage etc related to B/R complaints of mason related work by providing Masons on each working day in single shift from 0900 hours to 1700 hours complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. All requisite materials shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing to carry out repair work. 2. Tool and plants shall be provided by the contractor. 3. The Contractor shall deploy total 08 Masons [ 04 Masons for GE (N) Mamun and 04 Masons for GE(S) Mamun] on each working day. 4. The rate quoted by contractor is per month per person. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account at later stage.

Rates required to be quoted for execution of the work as described in Srl item No 1 here-in-before for the following

(i) Mason (Skilled) wages

(ii) ESI as per existing rules.

(iii) Employer's contribution towards EPF as per existing rules

(iv) Contribution of Bonus

(v) Over head charges & profit on Ser No (i) to (iv) above.

(vi) LWC as per existing rules

Outsourcing to provide services to attend day to day complaints of repair of joinery including builders hardware, false ceiling, wall paneling, roofing etc related to B/R complaints of carpentry related work by providing Carpenters on each working day in single shift from 0900 hours to 1700 hours complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. All requisite materials shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing to carry out repair work. 2. Tool and plants shall be provided by the contractor. 3. The Contractor shall deploy total 05 Carpenters [02 carpenter for GE (N) Mamun and 03 Carpenter for GE(S) Mamun ] on each working day. 4. The rate quoted by contractor is per month per person. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account at later stage.

Rates required to be quoted for execution of the work as described in Srl item No 2 here-in-before for the following

(i) Carpenter (Semi Skilled) wages

(ii) ESI as per existing rules.

(iii) Employer's contribution towards EPF as per existing rules

(iv) Contribution of Bonus

(v) Over head charges & profit on Ser No (i) to (iv) above.

(vi) LWC as per existing rules

Outsourcing to provide services to attend day to day complaints of repair of plumbing/water supply work such as repair/ replacement of bib tap, stop cock, pillar tap, float valve, PVC connection, low or high level flushing cistern, wash hand basin, WC pans, nahani/gully traps and stoppage of leaking pipe lines etc related to plumbing work by providing Plumbers on each working day in single shift from 0900 hours to 1700 hours complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. All requisite materials shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing to carry out repair work. 2. Tool and plants shall be provided by the contractor. 3. The Contractor shall deploy total 10 Plumbers [05 Plumber for GE (N) Mamun and 05 Plumber for GE(S) Mamun] on each working day. 4. The rate quoted by contractor is per month per person. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account at later stage.

Rates required to be quoted for execution of the work as described in Srl item No 3 here-in-before for the following

(i) Plumber (Skilled) wages

(ii) ESI as per existing rules.

(iii) Employer's contribution towards EPF as per existing rules

(iv) Contribution of Bonus

(v) Over head charges & profit on Ser No (i) to (iv) above.

(vi) LWC as per existing rules

Outsourcing to provide services to attend day to day complaints of repair of internal electric supply including repair/ replacement of necessary fittings/fixtures etc related to electric work by providing Electricians on each working day in single shift from 0900 hours to 1700 hours complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. All requisite materials shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing to carry out repair work. 2. Tool and plants shall be provided by the contractor. 3. The Contractor shall deploy 5 Electricians for GE(S) Mamun on each working day. 4. The rate quoted by contractor is per month per person. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account at later stage.

Rates required to be quoted for execution of the work as described in Srl item No 4 here-in-before for the following

(i) Electrician (Skilled) wages

(ii) ESI as per existing rules.

(iii) Employer's contribution towards EPF as per existing rules

(iv) Contribution of Bonus

(v) Over head charges & profit on Ser No (i) to (iv) above.

(vi) LWC as per existing rules.

Outsourcing to provide services to attend day to day complaints by the Mazdoor , employed with Mason / carpener / Plumber/ Electrician to provide assistance for repair work as directed on each working day in single shift from 0900 hours to 1700 hours complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. All requisite materials shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing to carry out repair work. 2. Tool and plants shall be provided by the contractor. 3. The Contractor shall deploy total 15 Mazdoors [06 Mazdoor for GE (N) Mamun and 09 Mazdoor for GE(S) Mamun] on each working day. 4. The rate quoted by contractor is per month per person. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account at later stage.

Rates required to be quoted for execution of the work as described in Srl item No 5 here-in-before for the following

(i) Mazdoor (Unskilled) wages

(ii) ESI as per existing rules.

(iii) Employer's contribution towards EPF as per existing rules

(iv) Contribution of Bonus

(v) Over head charges & profit on Ser No (i) to (iv) above.

(vi) LWC as per existing rules.

Instruction to contractor in respect of Srl item Nos 1 to 5 mentioned above:- (i) Tenderer are requested to attach the latest order of Central Govt/State Govt/Local body regarding minimum wages and statutory deductions regarding EPF & ESI etc. (ii) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place otherwise it will be considered by rounding off two digits after decimal place in accordance with IS : 02 of 1960 (Revised 2016) of BIS. (iii) The rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Govt of India/concerned state Govt/Local body, whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer towards EPF, contribution to ESIC, contribution to bonus and LWC under respective heading/sub item (s). In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/instructions under any heading(s), the bid will be treated as non-bonafide/invalid & shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance. In such cases, the lowest bidder shall be determined from amongst the valid/bonafide bids only. (iv) The quotation with ‘Nil’ or ‘Zero’ consideration (Overhead / profit) shall be considered as ‘Non-bonafide’ (v) In case two or more firms quote the same rates, the preference will be given to the firm based on their capability such as working capital, turn over of last 3 financial year ending and list of similar nature work complete in last 3 years (vi)The rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable including GST. (vii) Contractor has to quote LS (Lumpsum) overhead & profit against each item. In case of variation in quantities no adjustment shall be made on overhead & profit charges quoted by contractor.
