Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing coat) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tile (coloured) 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick on vertical surfaces set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 600 x 600 x10 mm thick vitrified light shade ceramic tile laid, jointed and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the light shade of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 600 x 600 x10 mm thick vitrified ceramic tile as in skirting laid, jointed and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the light shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick rendering CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre polished kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement and including screed and jointed 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite with 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1 :6 complete all as specified and directed
