Complete maintenance of existing garden / horticulture features / landscape features i/c lawns, ground covers, flower beds, shrubs, hedges, fruit tree etc. planters at all the levels of area, planting of annual seedlings, cutting of hedge / edge, display and maintenance of potted plants, topdressing by spreading of good earth, manuering, spraying of insecticides, pesticides, application of fertilizers, clipping of branches and all self grown trees within the area if required to the retain sweeping of lawn, disposal of rubbish generated during the whole day working at specified place etc. all complete as per the direction of Officer-in-Charge. The location of horticulture features to be maintained as follows - Garden plots near terminal building (city and airside), city side of ATC cum admin building, childrens park at residential colony , ground infront of Durga Mandap, Play ground in Colony, Triangular garden near entry point of colony. a) Lawn Area = 13600 Sqm. b) Hedge = 350 Mtr. c) Shrubs = 845 nos d) Trees (04 - 08 years old) = 80 nos. e) Trees (more than 08 years) = 80 nos. f) Display and Maintenance of potted plant = 580 nos. (1 Job X 12 Months = 12 Jobs) g) Labour for seasonal work = @18 labours per acre per year
