9.121 : Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross- section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminated shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

9.164 : Providing and fixing glazing in fire resistant door shutters, fixed panels & partitions etc., with G.I. beading made out of 1.6 mm thick G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/m²) of size 20 x 33 mm screwed with M4 x 38 mm SS screws at distance 75 mm from the edges and 150 mm c/c , including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer/powder coating of not less than 30 micron on G.I. beading, & special ceramic tape of 5 x 20 mm size etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-incharge. The glass shall be clear, toughened, interlayered, non-wired fire resistant having 11 mm thickness of approved brand with 120 minutes of fire resistance both integrity & radiation control (EW120) and minimum 15 min of insulation (EI15) and having a sound reduction of ?37dB and LT of 86%. Glass shall be compliant to class 2(B)2 category of Impact Resistance as per EN 12600. The glass should be manufactured in UL & TUV audited Facility and including UL-EU Certification.The maximum glazing size cannot be more than 1100 mm x 2200 mm (w x h) or 2.42 sq mts in total area. The test report for the complete system (Glazed Door or Partition) will be considered valid only if it contains the stamp and signature of the authorized signatory from the glass manufacturer. (Actual glass size is to be measured at site for payments).

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal doors made of pressed galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Doors shall be with vision glass and louver as a part of complete assembly.Door frame shall be single rebate profile of size 100 x 57mm made out of minimum 1.20mm (18gauge) thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be mitered and field assembled with self tabs. Frames to have inbuild grooved sealing system and shall be site fitted with PVC seal as standard. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Frames shall be filled with puff.Door leaf shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door, with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from minimum 0.8mm (22guage) thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors integrated astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturers recommendation with a clipon arrangement. The glass should be 5mm clear toughned glass of relavant rating of the door.All doors and frames shall be finished Pure Polyster Powder coated and shall have passed minimum 500 hours of salt sprey test. Rate shall include supply and installation of door and hardware as a complete assembly as mentioned in the door and hardware schedule. EXHAUST PIPES - Supply, erection, commissioning of length of suitable dia exhaust pipes with long radius bend from residential silencer with necessary clamps, fixtures, civil works and painted with heat resistant, rust proof, bituminous paint of approved colors to a maximum of 10 m in stages of following sizes including suitable rain cap for top to avoid rain water entry. The distance between exhaust pipe at top and rain cap should be higher than diameter of pipe. It is also recommended that horizontal run of exhaust piping should slope downwards away from engine to the condensate trap. Silencer should be installed with drain plug at bottom. Fixing shall be done with proper clamps, expansion bolts, and all other acessories as instructed by the Engineer and the rate inclusive of all minor civil works required, bolts, clamps angle, channel, I section, necessary nut and bolt and all required accessories including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of enamel paint of approved quality etc as required in the steel works etc as required for istallation. Support to exhaust piping should be done in such a manner that load of exhaust piping is not exerted to turbocharger. Exhaust pipe height shall be 3m more than the top of any adjacent building with in 10m radius of the exhaust.

Supply, installation and testing of maintenance free Earthing system as per IS 2309 ,IEC 62305 part3, IEC 60364, IEC 62561 part 2, IS 3043, UL 467, UL 96 standards. Earthing System comprises of molecularly bonded copper of 99.9% purity on low carbon steel of 3 m length (1m (219 20 CU) x 3 nos), having a diameter of 20mm with copper coating thickness of 250 microns with self-coupling bore and peg arrangement (without the need for external coupler) with fault current withstand capability of 20 KA rms value for 1 second and I peak of 50 KA. For obtaining desired length, the number of rods shall be increased and is provided with Universal Clamp (2730 20 VA) made of SS 304 for clamping the cable/flat conductor to the rod. Impact point (219 20 IP) on the bottom rod for easy insertion. Earth enhancing mineral compound (ECS PB 12.5) is used for improving the soil conductivity. Earth enhancing mineral compound shall be so designed and constructed that in normal use their performance is reliable and without danger to persons and the surroundings. The material shall be mineral inert to sub soil and shall not pollute the environment. It shall provide a stable environment in terms of physical and chemical properties and exhibit low resistivity. It shall not be corrosive to the earth electrode itself. The material should have a resistivity less than 0.2 Ohm meter. It should be free from hazardous substances The mineral compound is required to have minimum 12.5 Kg of the total composite. Polypropylene & Polyethylene (UFE)Earth electrode inspection chamber with heavy duty cover should be used to cover the Earth Rod. The dimension shall be 170mmx 170mmx 190mm with a weight bearing capacity of 5KN, including all accesories as required for complete installation as instructed by engineer in charge.
