Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu m, getting out hard/ dense soil including cutting of PCC floor & removing surplus soil and debris to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete in foundations, fillings and mass concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane, gantries, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) incl distance pieces, cleats and micro jacketing work to RCC columns, beams etc. conforming to Fe 410-0 (Gde E-250) quality 'A'. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members n exc 4kg, complete all as specified and directed.

TM&L for repairing cracks in RCC surfaces by making grove along the cracks drilling holes inserting polythene nipples as entry posts including applying epoxy putty in the grove and grouting epoxy through nipples by grout pump under pressure all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per manufacturers instructions. (Note- Payment will be made as per weight of epoxy formulation as calculated based on net contained weight of epoxy resin harden and admixture.)

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement.. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layers of 10mm thick and 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement, using water proofing compound in top layer complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces over setting coat 5mm thick in CM 1:2 as in chajja/ceiling/fins surfaces and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceiling and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved quality complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparing of new plaster surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Preparing of new plaster surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Complete removal of exisisting treatment on walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of of alkali resistant priming paint on external surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed .

Surface excavation n. exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75mm thick, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors and pavings etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded agg) as in coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point. complete all as specified and directed.
