Prepartion of structural drgs design consultancy job for " Provn of Office accn and godown for gas agency at 28ED" with RCC frame strcutre of the fwg bldgs :- (i) Office Buliding single storey of plinth area 49.40Sqm, height 3.2 Mtr. (ii) Guard room single storey of plinth area 12.00 Sqm, height 3.2 Mtr. (iii) Parking for veh of plinth area 105.80 Sqm. (a) Prepartion and supply of structural design based on software like STAAD/STRAAP with load chart for entire structural components, viz walls, columns, beams, tanks alongwith strctural drawing complete as per terms and conditions given herein and direction of the CWE (AF) Nagpur and submission of design containing structural analysis, design, calculation and drawing in hard copy as well as soft copy. (b) Preparation of Bill of Quantities and specifications in respect of " Preparation of structural drawing through consultant including preparation of BOQ provn of Office accn and godwon for gas agency at 28ED . (c) During the execution of work there will be one site visit of consultant as directed by Engr-in-Charges.
STAGE-I (i) Arch Drg alongwith bldg layout plan & SI report in respect of subject work shall be obtained by the designer from CWE (AF) Nagpur. STAGE-II (i) Full developed site plans, duly marking water supply, electric supply. (ii) Fully developed plans, sections, elevations, schedule of finishes, toilets, internal electrification, intrernal plumbing and full minor details required for lumpsum tender. (iii) Structural analysis model draft structrual drawing including typical details and structrual notes. (iv) Approval from CWE (AF) Nagpur for structural analysis model, structrual drawings and details. STAGE-III (i) Submission of full structural drawings duly vetted by Govt Engineering College, Submission of BOQ and specifications.
