CA NO. GE/K-87/2025-26 - REPAIR/CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE/SEPTIC TANK, SOAKAGE WELL, MANHOLES AT VARIOUS UNITS AT BUDHKHARBU AND HENISKUT UNDER GE KARGIL

Dewatering and cleaning of septic tank, incl removing sludge with water, waste material from tanks/pits and depositing off the material to a distance n.exc. 500 mtrs and burrying in pits complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge incl closing/filling pits with earthwork. (Unit rate quoted will include the rate of labour/machines for making pits disposal of sludge).

Dewatering and cleaning of soakage well/ Soakage pits, and depositing off the material to a distance n.exc. 500 mtrs and burying in pits incl closing/filling pits with earth complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Unit rate quoted will include the rate of labour/machines for making pits disposal of sludge).

M&L dewatering & cleaning of soakage well & septic tank using honey sucker/Sludge sucker machine with minimum carring capacity 3000 ltr incl dispose off material outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L cleaning of sewage lines and blockage by roding using bamboo split or by mechanical means from manholes to manholes, Nahni traps to gully traps, gully trap to manholes together with vertical stack pipes (where ordered), cleaning eye to gully trap and taking out all debris, sludge or any solid / foreign materials from sewage line and removing the debris/sludge from site and flushing with water & testing after cleaning for pipe line of dia 100mm/150mm/200mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of blockage/filled any type and cleaning of frozen water and accumulated sludge by heating method with blow lamps or any other method and roding the cast iron pipes 100mm bore/SGSW pipe 150mm bore upto soakage well without damaging the WC and pipe and making WC functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregates) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, ending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, laid dry in retaining walls, abutments and similar work complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
