CERTAIN REPAIR/MAINT OF ROAD AT FAFA, TALWAR LINE, CHEERBAGH, YOUNG ROAD AND MALL ROAD UNDER GE DEHRADUN

M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 , putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size , again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping etc) depth of potholes n exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of un surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to removed all loose dirt and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg/10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne and compacted with vibromatic roller to required gradient & camber (consolidated thickness 50 mm or less) and binder content @ 4 % using viscosity grade Bitumen (VG-30) by weight of total mix all as specified laid over priming/tack coat complete as directed by engineer in charge. Note:- Preparing of surfaces and priming coat will be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

M&L for preparing of black top surface by brushing with mechanical boomer for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with mechanical boomer and finally with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to removed all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 over black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 @ 5.5% binders content by weight of total mix and compacted with vibromatic roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (hot application) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint of approved tint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye's solar reflective type of metal alloy body of size 100x100x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS studs of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.
