General servicing of existing make of capacity of 30/35/63/100 KVA DG set including tappet cover adjustment & gasket replacement including replacement of following spares complete all as specified and directed by EIC. All spares shall be of existing make .

M & L for dismantling the FIP assembly for overhauling and caliberation in authorised workshop including replacement of worn out rings, plungers , damper plates , gasket etc .including refitting , refixing , & testing complete .

M & L for replacement of old engine oil from the DG Set sump of various DG Set cleaning the oil sump throughly supply & filling new engine oil of Make : Servo super 20W 40 of Indian Oil or Equilent grade of Hindustan Petrolium all as per directed by EIC.

Repair overhalling of self starter 12 Volt including replacement of worn out clutch assembly bush, spring, plunger assembly ,solenide switch, corbon brushs, spring etc for the following DG set.

M & L for topping up of water coolent in radiotor of DG set TVS Girling/volvo line or of equivelent make all as directed by EIC.

Cleaning of the fuel tank of DG sets of following capacity after decaning the diesel, after through cleaning with kerosene oil including replacement of level indicator pipe complete all as directed by EIC.

Dismantling and removing of water pump assesmbly complete from the engine repair/overhauling the same by replacing worn components like bearing,impeller,bushes,oil seal,water seal,gasket etc. reassembling,refixing and testing complete for the following :-
