Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : shuttering, finishing and reinforcement1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitrious China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III)derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.(i)Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter
