Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking upto 1km lead for Earth

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-incharge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying polythene sheet 400 microns thick conforming to IS 2508 antifriction layer on the sub base course complete as per specifications with specified overlaps between adjacent strip and transverse joint (only plan area will be measured for payment etc.) complete as directed by EIC

Mechanically cutting construction / dummy joints 3mm wide x 1/3rd thickness of slab which is subsequently widened to 10mm for the top 25mm depth and construction joints 10mm wide x 25mm deep as per specification and direction of EIC.

Providing and laying in position Polysulphide sealant of approved make conforming to BS-5212- 990 or IS: 11433-1995. In expansion/ construction / dummy joints including rounding off edges, applying 2 coats of approved primer compatible with the brand of Polysulphide and preparing the surface and applying masking tape along the edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after application of sealant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in- Charge & particular specifications. [Note: For purpose of payment, quantity (Length x Width x Depth) of Polysulphide sealant only will be measured. Dummy Joints of size 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep over 12 mm dia closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up rod, as per manufacturer’s specifications as per specification and direction of EIC.

Providing supply and installation of Geotextile made of 100/50 woven Polyester of following description to serve the functions as separation/filteration, reinforcement and Drainage including all taxes, levies, cess and freight etc., and also including cost of storage and transportation at site, cutting, laying at Geocell base, line and level, providing overlap and anchorage wherever required, labour, tools and implements compete., laid over prepared surface as per drawing, as per Specification of contract for use as Geosynthetics complete. Measurement shall be done in square meters. Overlaps shall not be measured. However, wrap around shall be measured. For the purpose of definition, if the two layers of Geotextile are touching each other then they shall be treated as overlap and if, two layers are separated by 10cm thick sand, it is to be treated as wrap around.
