Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5M wide and n. exc. 1.5M in depth for laying cable/taking out under ground cable, GI pipes and bricks laid under cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick in soft/loose soil after cables/pipes are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed

Removing the excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50M and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply and filling clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Punned thickness shall be measurement & paid.

M&L for Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm as proteciton to under ground cable laid dry flat adjoining each other complete all as specified and directed

Laying only of old retrieved sub class ‘B’ bricks as protection to underground cable laid dry and flat adjoining each other in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI Pipe light grade 50mm dia with fittings fixed in repairs for protection of cable under road crossing, fixed to wall or pole complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable/ non- functional LT Cable of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core of any description and in any position from trench/duct/pipe etc complete and Supply,laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 1100 volts of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core .complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable/ non- functional LT Cable of size 16 Sqmm 4 state core of any description and in any position from trench/duct/pipe etc complete and Supply,laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 1100 volts of size 16 Sqmm 4 core .complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable/ non- functional LT Cable of size 16 Sqmm 2 core of any description and in any position from trench/duct/pipe etc complete and Supply,laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 1100 volts of size 16Sqmm 2 core .complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable/ non- functional LT Cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core of any description and in any position from trench/duct/pipe etc complete and Supply,laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 1100 volts of size 10 Sqmm 2 core .complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for checking the serviceability of the different spares / components / parts of security light fittings/post top lantern light fittings (LED, flood light/focus light etc, any wattage/capacity) of any description and fixed in any position, replacement of un-serviceable/damaged/ broken part(s) either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position, connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed. NOTES FOR SCH `A’ / BOQ ITEM NO : 12 - (i) Replacement of parts i.e LED driver for Flood light/ LED/Focus light fittings any wattage & capacity, if any required at site, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'/BOQ as ‘supply only. (ii) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc required for checking and making the light fittings in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost for checking and fixing of street light fittings/security light fittings of any description on poles / on walls / on pillars etc i.e. in any position at site. (iii) Required screws, insulating tapes, internal wiring wire and other minor items excluding the required spares parts for repairing and making the street light fittings/security light fittings in serviceable condition, will be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor in above respective item. (iv) Contractor shall be paid only one time the labour charges quoted above in Schedule `A' items for a particular fitting repaired irrespective of the number of times labour and resources arranged by him to check the serviceability of the fittings and replacement of unserviceable / defective parts in order to maintain the fittings in serviceable/working condition. (v) Contractor’s quoted rates for Schedule `A' /BOQ Srl item No 12 is deemed to include for inspection/checking the serviceability of the fittings in position or by taking down as per site requirement, removing the damaged unserviceable / broken parts, fixing the new parts as required, fixing the fittings in same position or the other, connecting the fittings with electric source and testing of fittings as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable/ non- functional LT Cable of size 2.5 Sqmm 2 core of any description and in any position from poles/ trench/duct/pipe etc complete and Supplying, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated, PVC Innersheathed, (heavy duty) unarmoured cable,extruded PVC Type ST2 Sheathed, with copper conductor for working voltage upto 1100 volts having cross sectional area 2.5 Sqmm 2 core conforming to IS 7098 Part-I or IS 1554 Part-I. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable bracket complete and S&F 32 mm dia GI light grade pipe 2.0 m long with bracket bent to shape by cutting & welding as required & directed and fixed to pole with two No,s of FI clamps 40x5 mm to be tightened with bolts, nut and washers and including painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out existing unserviceable light fitting of any description and in any position on poles and S&F 20W LED Post top lantern complete accessories to be fixed on pole/wall including connecting the fitting to control switch at the bottom of the pole with using 2.5 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed . Make: Crompton Cat NoL PTH-20 CDL or other equivalent model of make Havells/C&S) as approved by GE.

Taking down old unserviceable MS junction boxes from the pole with disconnectiong all connections, Supplying and fixing in position new Pole box made of thermoplastic Polycarbonate having IP65/IP66 degree of protection (shock proof, dust proof, jet water proof and acid resistive). The gasket should be internally embedded, and made of Polyeutherene. The boxes shall be tested as per IEC 60670-2/ 60670-22. The boxes shall have self threaded holes & provision for mounting din rail. The lid should be hinged type with sealing screw. The screw should be of stainless steel so that there is no corrosion. The boxes should withstand temperature of -40c to +120c. The glow wire test should be conducted at 960 c or 750 c and material should be flame retardant & self extinguishing. UL subject 94, V-0. The boxes should be free from toxic substances like hal ogen and silicon. The boxes should have suitable pre-moulded knock out /or plan wall depending on requirement. Box dimension shall not be less than 200 X 160 X98 MM (LXBXH). Box shall be suitable for 16/25Sqmm cables including one no. MCB SP 230 volts 6 amps and connecting the bus bars to cables with using suitable GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminum lugs etc fixed on pole using 30x5mm FI clamps,nuts,bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting chases in hard standing road/path/drain etc for passing cables/pipes etc. and removing the excavated materials and disposal at 50 metre distance and making good the cutting after the pipe and cables are laid with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, transporting, erecting and fixing in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31, 9M long complete with cast iron base plate 6mm thick pole cap including preparation of new steel surfaces of pole and applying with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including marking of Pole No with black paint and taking down and dismantling old unserviceable steel tubular pole 9M long complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Excavation & PCC work shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

M&L for taking down existing unserviceable strucked cable any type or any size from the top of the from High mast light, 16 mtr high by means of Ladders/machinery and Supply, fixing/ laying and testing PVC insulated sheathed , unarmoured 4 core 2.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor, 1100 volt grade, cable for high mast lights wiring laid in/ under duct / in pipe / through pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Power contactor 3 pole series, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 63 amps open with standard coil voltage 240/220 volts , complete all as specified and directed. Make : Cat No: 412550 of Legrand/ Seimens/ or equivalent model of make Havells, C&S etc ).Sneider as approved by GE.

Disconnecting and taking out existing Flood light fitting of any description and in any position on High mast 16.0/12.0 mtr hight poles and Supply, fixing & testing 120 W LED flood light with pressure die-cast aluminium housing, complete with all accessories duly prewired and suitable fixing arragement for mounting on existing MS frame bracket including connecting the fitting complete all as specified and directed. (Make- Crompton Cat No CFS-500-120-57-60D-SL-GL-NGG or equivalent model Havells, C&S etc ) as approved by GE. Note : GI pipe bracket and clamps if required shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting and taking out existing Street light fitting of any description and in any position on Street light poles and Supply, fixing & testing 45W LED street light fitting IP66 Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium High power LED street light with heat resistant toughened glass with lens embdded PC cover complete with all accessories duly prewired and suitable fixing arragement for mounting on existing MS frame bracket including connecting the fitting complete all as specified and directed.
