REPAIR TO FENCING COMPOUND WALLS ETC AT NAGTALAO UNDER GE BANAR

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and incl either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete incl pintel hinges, stops hand made sliding bolts etc conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A, including taking down old steel gates complete all as specified.

M&L for painting of steel surface of any description exc over 10cm in width or grith with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer incl. preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified.

All as Item Ser No 3.00 but not exc. 10 cm girth or width.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood or steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground surfaces complete all as specified.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes each n exc 0.5 cum and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate in fdn, filling/mass concrete complete all as specified.

S&F MS angle Iron/ FI fillets as in fencing posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc conforming to Fe 410-O or Fe 310-O complete all as specified.

Supply only chain link fencing of MS GI wire mesh, any size any type of GI wire mesh up to into mattresses or cages lapped wired incl. staple etc complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing of any mesh size/any type incl. link wire to any type of standard rails/supports etc & straining bolt etc incl. provision of binding wire complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Welded steel (weight not exc 4 Kg/sqm) wire fabric fixed to wood or steel members complete all as specifed.

Supply only MS round bar 10mm dia conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 as line wire for chain link fencing. Note : Cutting to length, bent to shape required including binding with MS wire is included in item No. 12 here in before.

S&F mild steel, screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long and dia of shank 11 to 15mm complete all as specified.

M&L for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting platesFE 410-W(Gde E-250).

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) 40mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L two coats of cement base paint on concrete surfaces/ RCC jallies over priming with alkali resistant priming including preparation of new concrete surfaces complete all as specified.

Providing precast cement concrete in copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified.

Demolition brickwork or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and also include ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L for squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per Item Ser No 22.00 here in before but except stone.

Extra over item 22 for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling, jodhpur type, brought upto courses complete all as specified.

M&L for keyed pointing to squared rubble, coursed or uncoursed stone masonry wall in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work/stonework surace rendering is to be even and smooth with out using extra cenent complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in conrete filling/coping complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified.

Supply and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete rubberised paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

Supply and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete rubberised paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

M&L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified.

M&L for laying 300mm dia. Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up 300 mm dia (internal), drain pipes set in cement mortar including hunching concrete against the side of drain pipe complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete bed 1:4:8 type D2 to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe of 300mm dia after they are laid and tested complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs 1mm dia and 1"x1" aperture square or hexagonal multithread HDPE Coplymer bird proof netting ultra voilet resistant fixed with nylone rope with 4mm dia GI wire complete all as specified.
