Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads, lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of stones to the tune of 2415.36 Cum quantity ( two thousand four hundred fifteen and paise thirty six ) cubic metres at the rate of 300/- (Rupees Three hundred) per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rate basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. Construction of granular sub-base 175mm (one hundred seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three Wheel 80-100 (Eighty-hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 for grading-I Material, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. (Zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre using one part of bitumen emulsion SS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology Tera prime emulsion @ 1% (One percent) of weight of emulsion by mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 502 as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts and other incidentals . Providing and laying 50mm (Fifty millimetres) compacted thick bituminous macadam with 100-120 (One hundred -One hundred twenty) tonne per hour hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes (seventy five tonne) per hour using crushed aggregates 19mm (Nineteen millimetres) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity Grade-Ten) with nano technology at the rate of 3.3% (Three decimal three percent) of mix weight with nano technology binder at the rate 0.1% (zero decimal one percent) of weight of bitumen as per table 500.3 and 500.4 transported to site, laid over a previousioly prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per MORD technical specificaton clause 504 to achieve the desire compaction including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.5(five point five) per cent of mix and filler with Nano technology Nano technology binder @ 0.1% (Zero decimal one percent) of weight of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 507 complete in all respects or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm ( one point six millimetre) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm ( twenty five millimetres into five millimetres) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (Twenty five millimetre into twenty five milimetres into five millimetre). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos.
