Beautification and Development of Childrens park through landscape and Drainage facilities in Ward No-04,Nimapara NAC FOR 2025-26.

DRAIN: Clearing and grubbing roads and land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches, column foundation, pit, etc in all kind of soil including moorum stony earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders not requiring blasting including dressing of sides and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with initial lead of 50 mtr and all lifts, including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of labour, labour cess, hire & running charges of all machineries, sundries & T&P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Disposal of surplus earth/debris staked at work site by mechanical means including loading and unloading and disposing the same within a lead of 5 km with hire running charges of all machineries, cost of all labour, labour cess, T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and lying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation & floor using 40 mm & down grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying in position machine batched , machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M-25 Including the cost of Centering and Shuttering grade in reinforced cement concrete structural elements using black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumbs and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance,loading, unloading, royalties, watering and curing for the required period, T&P , hire & running charges of concrete mixer and vibrator, cost of Admixtures in recommended proportions ( as per IS 9103 ) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement. (A) R.C.C. foundation and footing bases of columns mass concrete pre-cast slab etc.

(B) R.C.C. Floor and Roof slab, landing, balconies, projecting, sun shades and chajjas up to 4.3Mtr. Height.

Providing & fixing TOR Fe-500 HYSD Reinforcement bars (SAIL /TATA /RINL) of required diameter and approved quality for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding(if approved) , joining (if necessary), tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in position as per the approved design & drawings (BBS) with provision of standard fan hooks including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, loading, unloading, cost of binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge, T&P, etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (Linear measurements will be taken & quantity will be calculated on standard weight. Lap length of bars & Weight of binding wire will not be considered for measurement and payment.)

Providing and laying Brick Masonry work in Foundation & Plinth using Fly ash bricks of 23 Cm. x 11 Cm. x 8 Cm. size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg./Cm2 with dimensional tolerance + 2 % confirming to IS 12894 and IS 2212 in cement mortar (1:4) affter immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hours in water before use, with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc. as per the drawings including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, royalties, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, watering and curing, sundries, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 18mm thick cement plaster on external surfaces of brick surfaces in two coats consisting of under layer 12mm thick in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) and top layer of 6mm thick cement plaster 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with integral water proofing material of including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves, beads and drip coarse to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Punning including racking out joints,brushing out dust & loose mortar , washing the surfaces with water,making grooves,beads & drip coarse to give ornamental finish as per drawings.

LANDSCAPING: PLANTATION-Providing and Laying/Planting Zoysia Japonica grass with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and even, watering with sprinkler etc Complete.

Flower: Providing and Displaying Marigold jaffri orange/yellow/Russet colour well developed with fresh & healthy foliage with 40 to 50 flowers in bloom specimen plant 60 to 75 cm ht in 25 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying of Standard Rose (H.T. variety) 3 to 4 healthy branch 90 cm and above ht. well developed with one and above flowers in 25 cm Earthen Pot, as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Ornamental Plants: Providing and Displaying Acalypha red well developed with fresh & healthy 30 to 45 cm ht. in 20 cm size Earthen Pot/ Plastic Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Acalypha green well developed, fresh & healthy with good foliage, multi branch 30 to 45 cm ht. in 20 cm size Earthen Pot/ Plastic Pot bushy as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Shurbs: Providing and stacking of Ficus benjamina (green) of height 150-165 cm., bushy with healthy branches and lush green foliage in big size HDPE bags as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Hedge: Providing and stacking of Duranta Golden, having ht.15 to 20 cm bushty shape with fresh and healthy leaves in 15 cm size of Earthen Pot / Plastic Pot & as per direction of the officer-incharge..

Tree: Providing and stacking of Foxtail palm of ht. 240-270 cm bottom girth 35-40 cm well developed in big size HDPE bags as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Creepers: Bougainvillea (Variety Butiana, Lady Mary Baring, Mahara,Mohan,Scarlet Queen, Varigata, Glabra Formosa, Peruviana Odissi, Partha, Subhra,Thimma, Spectabilis L.N Birla, Refulgens) plant of height 30 cm. to 45 cm. with 2-3 branches in 20 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot.

SITE PREPARATION: Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) . Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20 mm

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge.

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%: one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately)

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) : Holes 45 cm dia, and 45 cm deep.
