Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sq. M each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F of steel window with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded design & pattern with one opening for cooler as per drawing held with AGE B&R sub division complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note) Work to be executed upto an height of 6.00 mtrs above GL)

S & F of steel window with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay, complete without glazing bars, dovetailed or welded design & pattern with one opening for cooler as per drawing held with AGE B&R sub division complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. S&F mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates or other such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bar shoulder &/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290 GDE -E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality fixed with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of stainless steel wire clothes 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and avg width of aperature 1.18 mm & fixed with tinned tack or galvanised wire stappler complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel frame work(Cooler stand) such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bar shoulder &/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings & similar work including drilling hole cutting notching & welding complete using steel section conforming to Fe 290 GDE -E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cutting holes for fixing angle exc 25mm but n exc 60mm dia & making good complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete Nominal Mix B0(1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps,seismic and other similar bands, plinth course, string courses, lacinng courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing in CM 1:4 fair face of brick surface with surface finished fair& even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint on surface of walls including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Keyed pointing to squared walling regular coursed jodhpur type in CM(1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparation New or previously un-treated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
