M & L for Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth including taking down old cable all as specified & directed in any soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in thick all as specified and directed.

M & L for Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV type I, size 250 x 150 x 40mm complete all as specified.

All as per item No.04 above but precast concrete cable cover Class HV type I, size 300 x 180 x 40mm complete all as specified.

M&L for river dry sand cushioning to under ground cable intrenches including spreading, levelling and hand punning complete all as specified.

Supply, laying and fix in repair LT UG Cable laid in trenches, passing through pipes and fixed on wall/floor/ceiling with proper saddles , including taking down old cable & testing of XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and as directeed. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. The excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection etc will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M & L for GI Tubing light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection, laid under plinths/floors /roads /culverts or fixed on walls or concealed in walls or along the steel poles by means of M.S.F.I clamps with necessary bolts nuts washers etc complete all as specified.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in gorund earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to using galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of GI pipe as well as 20mm dia medium grade pipe 1.5 mtr fixed with funnel and wire mesh as specified and connected all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including necessary earth work and excacation in any type of soil anbd PCC1 : 2: 4 type B-1 in chamber and 40 mm thick RCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 cover slab with 6mm dia mild steel bars at 100mm centre to cenre both ways with 6mm dia M S hooks complete all as specified.

M&L Earthing continuity galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm dia or main earthing lead fixed to wall with clamps or recess or croses or buried in ground or drawn in conduits/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required all as specified and directed.
