Schedule 'A'Part -I : B/R Works

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter exc. 1.5 to 4.0 sqm (without taking off shutter with frame).

S&F Powder coating anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilatiors with one or more rebtes including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified. (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window framke with C.P.brass/ stainless steel screws @200mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for powder coating of any colour anodised alluminium door shutter ,window shutters, fixed type without sash bars, aluminium sections minimum weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2Nos) suitable handle (1 No) complete all as specified. (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

S & F 4mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with wooden beads in squares exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane

S & F Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed withstainless steel wire staples

M&L for toughned glass of 12mm thickness as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required all as per specified and directed .

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement

S & F in repair Cast iron body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3 universal type , suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incuilding cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises.

S&F vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square or rectangular) ddouble charged /ultra charged area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exc. .42 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured including Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x 350x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry & painted in white or colour cement to match incl sreed bed 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 .

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish materials where directed at low lying areas in defence land complete all as specified and directed

M&L, rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair face of brick or surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement .

M&L, rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair face of brick or surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement .

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces preparatory to wall surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying 3mm thick wall care putty and primer on wall surface to achieve even and smooth surface and applying two coats of weather proof acryic emulsion paints, exterrior grade (100% acryic) on surfaces of walls.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of cement or plastered surfaces, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and applying 3mm thick wall care putty and primer on wall surface to achieve even and smooth surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets.

S & F GI frame work for seamless ciling comprising of GI permeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to suurounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flages of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fateners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m lenght) of 0.55 mm thickness having urled web of 50mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specifieHangers 6 mm dia. S&F Seamless calcium silicate ceiling 12 mm thick made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)

M& L for applying of 1 mm thick wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for applying two coats of Oil bound distemper including priming the surfaces with alkali resisrtant priming paint in ceilings complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level).

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base,sub floor,paving where it is directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints.

S&F in repairs 19mm prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice laminations & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber to timber frame work

S & F Continuous (Piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finished or electro galvanized, width of flaps (When open) 30 mm in repairs.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc as per directed by Engn-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) etc with chemfering of edge and in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement with pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding,polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity 1000lt and removing to store

S&F in repair1000 Ltrs. Capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinder vertical with class top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified

S&F in repairs 25mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm-210gms./ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting two coat of steel surfaces with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer incl prep of surfaces, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in hold fast.

M&L Washing rubbing down and stopping of old distempered surfaces any type of wall incl preperation and then applying one coat of oil bound distemper on old plastered surface by Auto roller of any tint specified by Engineer -in-Charge(upto 9thfloor).

M&L Preperation of old plastered surfaces of wall and apply one coat of white wash(upto 9thfloor).

M&L Preperation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and apply one coat of white wash(upto 9thfloor).

M&L for removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surface of wall by by Vaccum based sanding machine removal of nails etc and then apply one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm by using auto roller upto 9th floor complete all as specified and as per specified by Engineer -in-Charge.

Taking down old treatment Preparing Roof surfaceby picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and applying roof treatment with the following specification:- (a) Applying cement slurry over concrete surfaces @ 3 kg/sqm.(b) M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete PCC Type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate on roof slab (c) Rendring 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proffing compound as per manufactures instruction on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including curing the plastered surfaces for 7 days by ponding of water over the roof, (leveling course).(d) Applying evenly one coat of cold bituminous primer conforming to [email protected] liter per square metre on the cleaned plastered surfaces (e) Applying evenly one coat of blown hot bitumen of grade 85/25@ 1.20 Kg per square metre on primed surfaces.(f) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum)Weighing 3.50 Kg per square metre reinforces) with polyster non woven fabric wighing not less than 160 gms per square metre by torch application. The overlap shall be not less than 100mm on transverese direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlaps.(g) Applying evenly one coat of Aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre per square metre over the APP based polymeric membrane at 5th floor complete all as specified and directed

M&L Cement concrete type type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) 75mm thick as sub base flooring

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid to slop of 1:12, finished surface even and fair without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where directed and providing 6 mm wide joints through out the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three part of fine sand by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 0.50 mm thick pre-painted corrugated/’Z’ profile galvalume roofing sheets as in roofing (in any location and any type) having high strength steel with minimum 550 Mpa strength hot dip coated with aluminium zinc alloy (55% aluminium and 45% zinc) pre-painted with primer coat of 5 micron and coated with Silicon modified polyester coating of 20 micron and alkalyed coating of 10 micron on reverse side. End rib, side over lap and over lap of sheets shall be designed for anti capillary activities to avoid any seepage of water through lateral overlap as per manufacturer’s instructions, including fixing with self drilling and self tapping screws 0.5mm dia full threaded, all Kautex coated and fitted with EPDM washers in stainless steel. The screws shall be coated with anti-corrosive substance to ensure longer life and shall be fixed using drill guns for lead proof installation. Screws shall be of “HILTI” make. Complete all as specified and as directed. (Upto 4th Floor)

S&F for 0.80mm thick, Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges,hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings(length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 as specified.(Upto 4th Floor)

Taking down ceiling fan of any size from its position and doing complete overhauling of fan including 02 no canopy ,and refixing the same after repairs complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Spare parts shall be measured separately under relevant items. .

Supply only Ball bearing for ceiling Fan No 6200 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Gun metal bush suitable for upto1400 mm sweep ceiling Fan, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Repairs to fan shaft by filling metal, cutting by machine, Grinding, polishing complete and making good adequately for ceiling fans complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting of Ceiling Fan complete upto 1400 mm sweep with one coat of white paint/existing fan using spray machine painting including cleaning, washing of surfaces complete all as directed.

Supply lay and testing of cable XLPE insulated ,screened PVC bedded armoured electric powercable (heavy duty 1100volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6 sqmm 2 core

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable complete all as specified.

Material and labour for natural river sand as cushioning of cables, including spreading and punning down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note : punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose

Supply and laying in trenches un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV,type I, flat size 250x150x70 mm complete all as specified & directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified

Removing excavated surplus soils meterial not exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L Earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected with Galvanize earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper all as shown in electrical plate No 5, connected to earthing with DBs all as specified including earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber & RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40mm thick, with 8mm dia steel deformed (TMT bars) reinforcement at 150mm c/c both ways, 20mm dia GI medium grade pipe for watering , water funnel complete all as specified and testing on completion.

Supply and fixing GI light grade pipe 40mm dia for cable protection including taking down old unsv cable protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Exhaust fan of any size from its position and doing complete overhauling of fan including replacement of fan clamp and split pin, rubber bush, fan capacitor of 4.0mfd and other spare partspainting with synthetic enamel paint over a paint of primer refixing the same after repairs complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

Rewinding of Exhaust fan motor of sweep upto 380mm & any make (including flamepfoof/normal type), with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnish, replacing the bearings of suitable size, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -Charge.
