Material and labour for M.S. Black Pipe 100 mm dia plain end as per IS:1239 (I), nominal bore, heavy Grade ('C' class) with all fittings like elbow, tee reducer, flange nut bolt with washer including cutting, welding and joining etc as per site requirement and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed of following size Make : Tata / Jindal / Prakash Surya. Note:- fixing of pipe line will be carried out on wall or floor and cost including cutting of existing pipe for inserting fittings of the same will be deemed to be included in the rate quoted however for the pipe line laid under ground by digging trench will be paid saperately.

Supply & laying/fixing Floor & Trench,3 layered (outer green coloured UV stabilized, middle black coloured UV stabilized and innermost layer white coloured with anti-microbial property) fusion welded PP-R (polypropylene Random Co-Polymer) pipes, ISI marked including plain PP-R fittings and brass threaded PP-R fittings such as flanges, elbow, bend, sockets, tee etc. as required at site and testing of joints complete all as specified and as directed for the following size:-

S&F in replacement PPR gate valve (brass insert) of size 50 mm bore including connection and testing complete all as directed.

M&L for Structurel Steel Work, made out of good quality-A Rolled Mild Steel Channel, Angle or Tee Sections, MS Sheet , trash trap, debris screener with hinges & looking arrangements etc. Cut to shape / ordinary length, drilled and counter sunk for screws / Bolts, including bending and welding duly painted with 2 coats of anti corrosive synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc Chromate as in framed work with MS Sheet cover as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with using GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness off 15 cm all around the plate with using galvanised iron strip 25X4 mm as earthing lead moulded and retreived to earth plate at one end and connected to main switch / control board at another end with and including 40 mm dia GI light grade from upper end of earth plate upto external face of the wall of the building including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe light grade as water pipe from chamber to upper edge of the plate GI funnel with wire mess fixed on water pipe and provison of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20 mm Dia graded stone aggregate) duly reinforced with mild steel round bar 6 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia mild steel bars as in lifting handle with and including necessarry excavation and earth work including laying the pipe concealed in floor / wall allas per plate NO-3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completiopn (Note:- If the desired resistance is not found earthing shall be done by the contractor at no extra cost to Govt).

Supply and fixing Non clog vertical submersible pumps with chrome steel impeller and cutter, non-clog to pass 40 mm size particles including Supply, installation with guide rail and lifting chain, as per manufacturer recommendation testing complete with 2 years maintenance of capacity 15 HP, 415V, 50 Hz outpur 1100 LPM Head 40 Mtr all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Non clog vertical submersible pumps with chrome steel impeller and cutter, non-clog to pass 40 mm size particles including Supply, installation with guide rail and lifting chain, as per manufacturer recommendaton or as directed testing complete with 2 years maintenancer of capacity 12.5 HP, 415V, 50 Hz outpur 900 LPM Head 40 Mtr all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Non clog vertical submersible pumps with chrome steel impeller and cutter, non-clog to pass 40 mm size particles including Supply, installation with guide rail and lifting chain, cables, Earthing, testing complete with 2 maintenancer of capacity 3 HP, 415V, 50 Hz output 125 LPM Head 25 Mtr Delivery dia 50 mm including DOL Starter and copper cable from starter to motor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 3.5 core 50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of electric cables or water pipe etc, not exc 10 sqmm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-inCharge. Note : Rates includes removing of paver blocks carefully and stack properly for refixing after laying of cables .

Retuming filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note :- Only Punned thickness of sand will be measured

Supply, laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250mm x 150 mmx 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe ,light grade 50mm dia for road crossing of cable for cable protection laid in trenches or above ground surface, complete all as specified and directed.
