Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick walls or on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth,without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete work in CM 1:4, using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured separately

Material and labour for one coat of white wash on old ceiling surfaces including necessary preparation all as specified and as directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) remaining serviceable tiles to stores and rubish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm of any shade and any pattern (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) as in floor etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The Colour,shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work. No extra cost sahll be allowed for removing and refixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any required during execution of work.

Material and Labour for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile of size 400 x 400 x 7 to 8mm thick in floors etc, set and jointed in cement mortar and pointed in white of coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: No extra cost shall be allowed for removing and re-fixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any required during execution of work.

Material and Labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 cmplete all as specified.

Material and Labour for Granite 18 mm thick of any type work (table rubbed and polished including moulding, grinding ect), and laid over in steps, treads jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, other plateforms and like in over and including 15 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 and pointing in white cement or colour cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Material and Labour for rounding to edges of Granite slabs shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for taking out and laying UG cable and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil and depositing to the sides and returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil after cable is laid complete all as specified.
