Dismantling of old and unserviceable plywood top from Bed Hard and S&F of new ply top of 12 mm plywood commerical (BWR) make Archid/Duro/Century, all as per size and design shown on drawing and as per existing Bed Hard.

Removing of old and unserviceable head board from Bed Hard S&F of new head Board on Bed Hard. Head board shall be made out of prfelaminated particle board 18 mm thick one side teak finished. Make Novapan/Bhutan teak wood beadidng 4 mm thick all around. All as per size and design shown on drawing and as per existing Beds.

Removing of old and unserviceable foot board from Bed Hard S&F of new foot Board on Bed Hard. Foot board shall be made out of prfelaminated particle board 18 mm thick one side teak finished. Make Novapan/Bhutan teak wood beadidng 4 mm thick all around. All as per size and design shown on drawing and as per existing Beds.

Removing of old and unserviceable Plytop from Charpoy with hard top and S&F of new 12 mm thick plywood of suitable size, ISI marked, BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Welding to broken joints of Charpoy complete all as directed .

S&F in replacement hard rubber shoes at the bottom of Charpoy with hard top all as shown on drg.

Taking down UNSV Plywood from charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia and Supplying and fixing in repairs new ply wood BWR grade of size 1980x900mm 12 mm thick of Make Kitply/Centuryply/Archidply with suitable fixing arrangement and all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI pipe elbow from GI pipe charpoy and supplying & fixing new GI elbow 32 mm bore, three way, medium grade, approved quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI check nut from GI charpoy and supplying & fixing new 32 mm GI check nut complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable GI pipe long rail of 32 mm bore GI pipe charpoy and supplying & fixing new long rail using 32 mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, approved quality, of length as per existing long rail with proper threading complete all as specified and as directed . Make : JINDAL / TATA / ASIAN

Taking down the existing short rails and making the existing GI pipe long rails 32 mm bore obtained from Item No.14.04 above into short rail by cutting, threading suitably and fixing with existing old elbow complete all as specified and as directed

Making the existing unserviceable GI pipe short rail 32 mm bore of charpoy obtained from Item No. 14.05 above and converting into legs by cutting, threading suitably and fixing with existing elbow including providing 3 mm thick MS base plate equal to outer dia of the pipe, welded at the bottom of the leg and two Nos clamps made out of 3 mm thick MS black sheet welded to each legs for holding mosquito net frame set frame all as shown in drawing including one coat of black enamel paint to mosquito net frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to RACK SHOE STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/02R)

Removing UNSV Jali framework and S&F new Jali framework made of 3 mm dia MS Rod welded to Main Frame as per drg and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Removing UNSV Main Frame and S&F new Main Frame made of 19mm dia MS Pipe of 18 gauge welded to legs as per drg and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of worn out legs of Rack Shoe Steel of existing size 25 mm MS pipe 18 gauge duly welded as per existing size on drg and directed.

PAINTING TO STEEL FURNITURE

i)Preparation of old surfaces of steel furniture with wire brush, steel scraper and surface rubbed with sand paper to remove small scale and rust so as to obtain a clean surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of colour as per existing both inside and outside complete all as specified and as directed to the following items: (ii) Work will be executed in BSO's store accn as well as where the furniture exists in different user unit in OTM/Md Accn of Navy at Porbandar & Okha under the jurisdiction of GE Navy Porbandar
