Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork/PCC block or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) including stone slabs and tiles of any description in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (above or below ground level) and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked).

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Kerb block (Kerb Stone), factory casted with plain fair faces, size 10cm x 30cm each or as directed, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle throating, with plain or interlocking joints and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Shape & size of Kerb blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

S&F mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel (Grade-304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dah fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size for gate with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered exclusing accessories such as nuts, bolts, faterners etc).

Repairs to existing steel gate shutter of size upto 2.50 Sqm each shutter including tuck welding, repairs to hinges, sliding bolt, hold fast and repair to locking arrangement etc and making good to make it fully functional complete all as directed. Note : Cost of welding and necessary fitment shall deemed to be included in quoted rates of this item.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring, hard standing, path way, pavement, etc, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring etc laying in alternate panels with broom finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for machine pressed coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 295x295x25 mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of tiles and laying over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified. Notes: (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for factory made M-40 grade, 80 mm thick machine pressed, PVC moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006 (ISI marked), laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushioning. (ii) Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE

M&L for factory made M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed, PVC moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006 (ISI marked), laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushioning. (ii) Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE

Dismantling & taking out carefully existing serviceable undulated 40 to 80 mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks including sand cushioning and re-laying the same at same location over and including new 50mm thick compacted sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of new 50 mm thick compacted sand cushioning.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/ block/ stone masonry surfaces other than fair faces of brick work mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, and finished the surface fair and even, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete/plastered surfaces of Kerb stones, decorative wall and the like and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) in alternate panels in different shade/tint with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Painting to Kerb stones, decorative wall, etc in alternate shade/tint as approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be carried out.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by meachanical means (any no of layers), wahsing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface of Kerb stones, decorative wall and the like and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) in alternate panels in different shade/tint with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Painting to Kerb stones, decorative wall, etc in alternate shade/tint as approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be carried out.

M&L for two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as directed.

M&L for Soling (or sub base) 100mm thick (spread thickness) in one layer with broken boulders or quarried stone (Granite, Trap, Basalt), interstices filled of grading 1 (90 to 45 mm size), surface formed, rolled and consolidated with Hand roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (Quality Concrete) work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 Kg per square centimeter in field using 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less, including necessary form work for laying in bays between joints & contraction, expansion joints/or between the two contraction joints, finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, pavings etc by brooming whilst the concrete is green, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) The construction, dummy (contraction) & expansion joints shall be measured separately under respective items. (ii) Design mix shall be approved by GE before execution of the work. In case, quantity of cement as per actual design mix works out less than 400 Kg per cum of concrete, then minimum cement as 400 Kg/Cum of concrete shall be used without any extra cost to Govt. In case cement as per actual design mix is more than the 400 Kg/cum of concrete, the actual quantity as per design mix shall be used in the work without any extra cost to Govt.

M&L for forming Construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints for 100 mm thick concrete slab, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified.
