M&L, precast cement concrete Block Masonary with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

Form work to sides and soffits of domes, vaults shell roofs, Parapet and arch ribs rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT 10mm dia bar and over, as in stiffeners, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends, binding with and incluing mild steel wire(annealed) not less than steel wire 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L for water proofing treatment to existing non-accessible roof slabs by providing 10mm thick bedding layer of cement morter 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction and applying one coat of bituminous/polymerized primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm and applying of one coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and laying of actetic polypropylene (APP) modified membrane pre-fabricated, reinforced with non-woven polyester of 3.50Kg/Sqm (minimum), 3mm thick (minimum), with minimum 75mm side overlaps and 100mm end overlaps and applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint over APP membrane complete including taking down existing water proofing treatment with bedding layer of cement mortar complete and removal of debris out side of MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of vegetation, plants, bushes etc. from roofs/walls including taking out of root and making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 and plastering with CM 1:4 and painting with matching finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to existing chajjas of any thickness not exc 100mm thick and including necessary form work, reinforcement, RCC (Nominal mix) (1:1.5:3), rendering in CM 1:4 etc & applying 2 coat of cement base paint/weather coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down , chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC Columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing polymer modified cement and quartz sand mortor in CM 1:3 mix , 40mm thk in two coats, using polymer SBR Latex or equivalent as approved @ 5 Ltrs per 50 Kg bag of cement complete all as per manufacturer's Specifications/instructions and as directed. M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding finished on cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of RCC slabs/Beams/parapet or RCC surface where specified and finishing the surfce even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers consisting of first layer 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and top layer 05mm thick in CM (1:4) plastering with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surfaces of plastered and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat ,anti dust of Berger or equivelent ) over a coat of primer over a thin layer of external wall putty to achive a smooth finish surface over newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.
