Preparation of old painted bituminious or Concrete surfaces of taxi track, dispersal etc exc.10 cm width and painting lines, curves, dashes , arrows, letters etc with one coat of runway marking paint white or golden yellow/ orange complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 01 above but n. exc. 10 cm width complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of untreated bituminous (or) concrete surfaces of taxi track, dispersal etc. exceeding 10 cm width and painting lines, curves, dashes, arrows, letters etc. with two coats of runway marking paint white or golden yellow/orange complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal/Omitting the existing marking as in taxi track/dispersal by brushing/scrubbing with wire brush, paint remover or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scraps of any widt or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letters or figures (Block,Roman,Italic or Indian) with synthetic enamel paint (First quality) n exc 30cm high complete all as specified and directed.

Writing stop,commas, short line, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc with synthetic enamel paint (First quality) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in floors and finished cement concrete surface even and smoth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 11 here-in-before, but except bricks.

Dismantling of brick work (laid flat or on edge) laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar on side & edge of storm water drain etc as complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bricks, sub class 'B', laid on edge in floors, old size bricks bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bricks, sub class 'B' laid flat, in floors, old size bricks bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted plastered/concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (First quality) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down MS sign board of size 1.5m X1.5m embeded in concrete block and refixing the same with proper alignment and straightening posts without damage including cleaning of surface and embedding in concrete etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cement concrete shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and paste self adhesive Retro reflective tape type -IV, high intensity presmetic grade, 5cm width of any colour viz, yellow/Red/white / blue/orange/greeen etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix illuminated Glow Sign Board suitable for runway made out of PVC/ Perspex/ transparent/ milky sheet of best quality with lettering as "STOP", as per the details given below, size of board (1.48L x 0.8W x 0.2 thickness) , fixed on two nos of legs made out of light grade GI Pipe of 40mm dia, height 1.2 mtrs from ground level with suitable clamp with nut, bolt & washers including two nos 20 watt, 4' long LED tube light fitting (Make : Surya/ Havells/ Crompton/Jaquar/Bajaj) with necessary connection and PCC foundation works including taking down existing unsersible board complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Details of board : (a) Background shall be red in colour. (b) Colour of letter shall be white. (c) Letter Size : Hight 40cm,stroke width 6.4cm, letter to letter space 7.6 to 9.6cm, both side margin 20cm. (d) Border width shall be 2.4cm in black. Note:- The contractor shall submit the details and coloured computerised sketch design of board for approval of Accepting officer before placing order for manufacturing.

Supply and fix illuminated Glow Sign Board suitable for runway made out of PVC/ Perspex/ transparent/ milky sheet of best quality with letter "C" with left arrow , as per the details given below, size of board (1.1L x 0.6W x 0.2 thickness) , fixed on two nos of legs made out of light grade GI Pipe of 40mm dia, height 1.2 mtrs from ground level with suitable clamp with nut, bolt & washers including three nos 10 watt, 2' long LED tube light fitting (Make : Surya/ Havells/ Crompton/Jaquar/Bajaj) with necessary connection and PCC foundation works including taking down existing unsersible board complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Details of board : (a) Background shall be yellow in colour. (b) Colour of letter shall be black.
