Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 including demolition of brick work/stone masonary built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough surface to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Precast RCC 1:2:4 Type B-1( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate} as in cover slab, set and jointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ)

Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over bent to shape required including cranking bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as directed.

Udaipur green marble work, 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in flooring, steps,cooking platform, pillars, window cils and the like with and including 20 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4 and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of slab including rounding of edges including dismantling of existing marbal work complete all as specified and directed.

Steel cup board shutter and frame with drawer including cabinet for drawer including an open shoe rack locking arrangement, mirror etc of size as shown on Drg No.GE/PN/F/27 dated 09 Aug 2012 and as per sample in Qtr No.SB-P 1/1 (with open shoe rack)(All size/dimensions as mentioned in Drgs) . Frames shall be made out of 1.00 mm thick MS sheet and shutter, stiffener, drawers, cabinet for drawers and open shoe rack shall be made out of 1.00 mm thick MS sheet complete fixed with dash fastener including two coat of anti corrosive paint over one coat of red oxide primer on the surface in contact with plaster/concrete, two coats of synthetic enamel paint teak wood finished and one coat of clear varnish over a coat of red oxide primer (color for outer and inner surface as per sample cup board and approved by GE) using spray painting machine on all exposed surface (internally/externally) complete all as shown on Drg and as per sample provided in GC block NO. SB P 1/1 (with open shoe rack) complete including dismantling of wall and ceiling board as in existing cup board of prelaminated particle board from existing position including racks, fitting and fixture complete all as directed. Note : (i) One sample built in cup board shall be got approved from GE before providing balance cup boards. (ii) Drg No GE/PN/F/27 Sheet 1/2 and 2/2 not enclosed with tender and same shall be obtained from office of GE IMA in any working hours.

Rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 Type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of man hole complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 {using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate} as in coping/benching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 covers of required size, medium duty of suitale thickness of 75mm, ISI marked with load carrying capacity of 5 T/sqm set in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced concrete pipes 200mm bore, class NP2 laid on concrete bed or directed on hard ground and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes grade 'A' 100mm dia laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested suitable for 100mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 32.5cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into exisiting manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching and forming channels and reforming benching etc complete in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finish complete 150mm dia & up to 300 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) 110mm dia pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls/floors fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) 75mm dia pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls/floors fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

PVC branch pieces single ordinary or inverted or with parallel branches 110mm dia fitted with oval access doors fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to distance exceeding 250 metre but n. exc. 500 metre and depositing as directed at a level n. exc. 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concret in ground floor and paving n. exc 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of soakage well of size 3.60M dia x 6.00 M deep, excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, walls of honey combed and solid in M-25 design mix concrete, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber fly ash brick work in CM 1:4, piaster where shown on drg shall be 12mm thick in CM 1:6, bearing plaster 15mm thick in CM 1:4, RCC cover slab in M-25,design mix filling with brick bats of gauge 80 to 150mm complete all as specified and shown Drg TD-309 sheet 1/4 to 4/4.
