Construction of false ceiling for Control Room at 220KV S/s, Kamaluaganja, Haldwani by supply and erection of high purity natural gypsum plaster board of following specifications along with all the accessories i.e. Main support structures, angles, hanging wires, hooks and hinges, roal pluck etc. including dismantling of extension of vertical length etc. including all labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer in-charge. (a) Size of gypsum plasterboards should be 2x2 feet. (b) Gypsum board should be tapered edge board covered with ivory cardboard on face side and aluminium foil insulation on back side and should be designed for direct attachment by screws, nails or adhesive to wood or metal framing and even existing surfaces. (c) Gypsum plaster board should be produced as per IS2095-Part I, 2011. (d) Gypsum plaster board should be fire resistance (1 hour) with fire resistance class 1 (BS 476). (e) Standard thickness of the gypsum plaster board should be > 8.5 mm. (f) Humidity resistance (%RH) should be 99 (g) Thermal conductivity (W/mk) should be 0.16 (h) Water absorption below 10% as per standard EN-520 T ASTM C 1396. (i) Breaking strength of gypsum plaster board should be according to pass EN-520 T ASTM C 1396

Syska, Havells, Bajaj, Phillips, CGL, Surya etc. in 2x2 size with set of LED in 36 Watt, Input Voltage 90 to 300 Volts, Frequency 50 Hz, Beam angle upto 170 degree, lumens 2800 or above operating temperature-20 degree to 60 degree including 1.5 Sqmm fire proof copper junction box bands laying of wire with all connections.
