Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide but exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cables etc in soft/loose soil and getting out.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cables etc in soft/loose soil and getting out.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for dry and fine sand filling in trenches below and above the cable for cushioning to underground cable including punning down the sand gently all as specified and directed. Note:- Punninmg thickness only shall be measured and paid

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover,ISI marked, class HV, type 1 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for HT cable and laid dry in trenches over underground cables all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking down 11KV/433 volts unserviceable transformer of capacity upto 100 KVA from two pole structure (From Mily Station Gandhinagar) and transport to civil workshop including opening and dismantling for rewinding / repairing and kept in oven for proper drying of transformer core winding assy etc etc and reassemble after repair and reinstall at same location including replacement of unserviceable nuts, bolts and washers, etc and connecting, testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to include for cost of crane for taking down transformer and cost of transportation of transformer to workshop and vice versa including all arrangement. (ii) Cost of HT / LT winding and other connected spare parts for repair will be measured & paid separately under respective items of schedule.(iii) Qoated rate deemed to include for dehydration ,filteration and refiiling of Transformer oi,rewinding including testing etc.

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil of the transformer mounted on floor/ on poles using filtration plant. The process of dehydration and filtration shall be continuous till the dielectric strength does not achieved 50 KVfor 2.5 mm gap betbeen electrode . Note: Contractor shall arrange filtration/dehydration machine and other required T&P at site.

Supply & topping up transformer oil confirming to IS 1993 in existing transformer, the di-electric strength not less than 50 KV for a gap of 2.5mm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
