SCHEDULE 'A' PART- I Taking down the existing old 13 passenger lift (G+12) including Machines / panels installed at the Machine room, lift car, rope doors, guide rails, etc. complete and transporting the same to MES store yard.(Panigrahi Apartment) and staging the same as directed by Engineer-in-charge in any location.

NOTE :-Existing Lift Well / Shaft Size : 2500 mm x 1900 mm pit depth 2000 mm clear door opening 900 mm x 2000 mm for 13 Passenger lifts (884 Kg)

Note for item No. 2:- 1. Work has to be executed in pre-occupied condition bldg and shall take care of all safety measures and avoid disturbances to the occupants while carrying out the work and all safety precautions to be carried out by the staff and the same to be ensured by contractor. 2. Contractor shall not dump any materials in the premises of the bldg which may cause hindrance to the users. 3. The lifts are to be installed in existing lift shaft / well. 4. Any addition / alteration cost required including all civil works like breaking of PCC, Plastering, New PCC, RCC etc and two coats of white washing in existing lift shafts complete after removal of old lifts for the erection of new lift is deemed to be included in quoted rate. 5. The following items shall be provided and the unit rate quoted above shall be inclusive for the same. 6. The lifts are to be replaced in pre-occupied buildings, hence one by one lifts to be dismantled and installed.

(a) Gearless Electric motor, AC, 3 phase, 415V, 50Hz of suitable capacity including necessary cabling with ISI marked FRLHS Cable and fire resistant conduits as required. (b) Standard Wall / Floor mounted Lift Control Panel Board with suitable capacity 4 pole RCCB as incomer. (c) Mechanical guide rail in 'T' section with tongue and groove arrangement for smooth operation of car and counter weight. (d) Type of operation shall be single automatic push button type . (e) Minimum 4Nos SS Finish 3W LED Fittings and 02 Nos Blower Fan with Switch in lift car. (f) Minimum 12/13 Nos 7/9W LED Bulk Head Fittings for lift well lighting and 13 Nos 5Amps Plug Point incl point wiring with 1.5Sqmm FRLHS cables and control switches. (g) Type of signal system - Hall button with digital hall position indicator, digital car position indicator in car fixtures in stainless stell face plates. (h) Capacity of ARD battery (High Amp Hour) should be suitable to perform minimum three continous rescue operation. (l) All necessary Grouting Plates / Bolts, Nuts, bolts, washers etc. (j) Provision of hoist way and governors rope and governor. (k) Provision of new buffer spring as per manufacturers design. (l) Provision of battery operated alarm and emergency light through inverter of suitable capacity having power back up for a period of minimum 30 minutes . (m) Drive - Permanent Magnet Gearless Machine frame fixed in the machine room. (n) Progressive type and bydirectional Over speed governor monitors the speed and triggers safety gears etc shall be installed in the machine room. (o) Necessary scaffoldings in lift well. (p) Pit Ladder.

Safety Measures:- (i) Overload relays. (ii) BMS Compatibility / Potential Free Contactors (Emergency Stop / Opening, Direction Up / Down, Failure, Main mode etc. and fuses. (iii) DO /DC Button and NS Button. (iv) High Quality Electrical Terminals / Sockets. (v) Limit switch with accessories on each doors / cage. (vi) Gravity / counter weight limit switches for top most position. (vii) Break Magnet of suitable size with manned released arrangements. (viii) Reverse Phase / Phase sequence corrector. (ix) lift door should be minimum 2 Hrs. fire resistance as specified in IS-14665. (x) Automatic condition monitoring of Polyurethane - Coated Steel Belt to ascertain it's mechanical integrity real time. (xi) Hoist way Access Prevention Special Safety Feature to prevent the elevator from operating after landing door is opened. (xii) The manufacturer have ISO 4500certification on safety norms and necessary certificates to be produced.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in 1:6 cement mortar finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing MCCBs/ ELCBs with enclosure of any capacity and removing to store yard including making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Thermomagnetic type, 63 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and as directed. Make : L&T/ Schneider/ Legrand/ ABB.

S&F Metal enclosure suitable for mounting MCCB/ RCCB/ ELCB, 4 pole, Sutable for Surface and Flush mounting, IS-55 Protection complete all as specified and as directed. Cat Part No DBENC004SD of L&T

S&F RCCB/ ELCB of earth leakage, over load and short circuit protection 4 pole, 63 Amps capacity of 100 mA breaking capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Make : L&T /Schneider/ Legrand/ ABB

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 3mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper strip of size 20x3 mm as earth lead upto 7.5 mtr distance and connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass or copper all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note :- (i) Copper Earth strip beyond 7.50 Mtr length shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or chases or burried gorund or drawn on walls or any other indicated situation for loop earthing strip 20x3 mm copper strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Same as item No. 12 but for Second year after expiry of defects liability period. (ie for one year after completion of first year maintenance period vide item no. 12 above)

Same as item No. 12 but for Third year after expiry of defects liability period. (ie for one year after completion of second year maintenance period vide item no. 13 above)
