M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on roof using integral water proofing compound @2% by Wt. of Cement, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for water proofing treatment to existing non-accessible roof slabs by providing 10mm thick bedding layer of cement morter (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction and applying one coat of bituminous/polymerized primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm and laying of actetic polypropylene (APP) modified membrane pre-fabricated, reinforced with non-woven polyester of 3.50Kg/Sqm (minimum), 3mm thick (minimum), with minimum 75mm side overlaps and 100mm end overlaps and applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint over APP membrane complete including taking down existing water proofing treatment with bedding layer of cement mortar complete and removal of debries out side MD land all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F, welded steel wire fabric, cut lingth, fixed to steel members/ reinforcement steel, weight per square metre not exceeding 4 Kg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/hard standing, path and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on stone masonry surface or surface other than fair face of brickwork surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spoilt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortar from surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chjjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement, wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing polymer modified cement and quartz sand mortor in CM 1:3 mix, 40mm thick in two coats, using polymer SBR Latex or equivalent as approved @5% Ltrs per 50 Kg bag of cement complete all as per manufacturer's specifications/instructions and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment with Mechanical Scruber on old plastered or un-plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of exterior paint over on coat of primer. Make Apex of Asian paints or equivalent.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of white cement primer complete all as specified and directed. Make - Apex of Asian Paints or equivalent as approved by GE. (The work is to be carried at slant portion of OHR at the height of 20m).

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 15mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, steel water tubes, medium grade, galvanized, with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 15mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, hoisting, fixing in position and connecting, in repairs, 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank double layered (cylindrical, vertical with closed top), ISI marked, including fixing arrangement for inlet/outlet/over flow and vent pipe of standard size all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repairs, Gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed for 20 mm bores of pipe.

S&F, 20mm bore, ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.(Minimum weight -210 Gms)

S&F, 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or floor/walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bend, any radius, with access door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 110mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron, PVC or reinforced concrete drain pipes/SWR Pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches if required for 110mm and 75mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.
