Restoration of pumping unit by providing, fitting and jointing 4-core, 16 sq mm rubber/round sheathed copper cables along with 12-core,1.5 sq mm copper control cable to KRTK pump set No12 with allied works at L.I.S Dabber Potha ,the job includes providing, fitting and jointing 4-core,16 sq mm copper power cables (both Star cable as well as Delta cable) also providing,fitting and jointing of 12-core,1.5 sq mm copper control cable,,the length of all cables (star cable, Delta cable and control cable) is 98 mtrs. in length each (including chiseling/ cutting wastage) of any reputed make conforming to IS codes with standard voltage carrying capacity at Lift irrigation scheme Dabberpotha, the job includes laying of all the cables (star cable, Delta cable and control cable) in the cemented drainage/trench from the pump room up to the sump tank after excavating the soil , stones etc from the trench and making the suitable path for the cable, the job includes jointing of one end of each leads of 4-core 16 sq mm rubber sheathed copper power cables (Star cable, Delta cable) as well as 12-core,1.5 sq mm control cable with the respective slots available in the Panel installed in the pump room after switching off the electric supply from 400 Amp main switch installed near the 200 KVA transformer and then jointing/soldering/breezing of 2nd end of each lead of 4-core 16 sq mm rubber sheathed copper power cables (Star cable, Delta cable) as well as 12-core, 1.5 sq mm control cable with cables coming out from the KRTK pump set nearby sump tank at LIS Dabber Potha after checking the joints properly then putting the water proof cable compound on joints for preventing the moisture to short circuiting the leads and then insulating with patch roll & tapping etc, The complete job includes the cost of material, all type of transportation charges, head load charges, labour charges for skilled and semi-skilled workers for execution of job /handling the components with hire charges for deployment of tools & tackles with electrical instruments. The complete job includes Testing and Commissioning on no load then on full load at site of work. Complete Job.
