Providing 06 Nos of work men for RT Divisions in Mysuru Zone

The tenderer should have provided manpower services in State/ Central Government Departments/ Organizations, Public sector/ Private Companies / Banks and Financial Institutions, KPTCL / ESCOMs of contract value not less than 50% of tender amount i.e., Rs. 8.72/- Lakhs per annum evidencing the same, satisfactorily, to at least one reputed Organization for a minimum period of 1 year during the last three financial years (i.e., FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25 & FY 2025-26). The experience certificates issued by the officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent along with DWA copies are to be uploaded.

The tenderer shall be a reputed Manpower providing agency having valid registration certificate issued by Department of Labour / Directorate of Industries and Commerce, GOK for providing services of men. Documentary proof in the form certificate of registration issued by GOK is to be uploaded.

The tenderer shall be an individual proprietorship firm or partnership firm or company registered under Indian Companies Act 1956/2013 (necessary registered certificate shall be uploaded and for individual proprietorship firm GST certificate shall be uploaded. Note: The bidder shall upload the Power of Attorney in case of partnership of firm Company in the prescribed format of Rs.500.00 Stamp duty paper and the Registration certificate issued by the concerned department.

The tenderer shall comply with all the provisions under Karnataka Minimum Wages Act, Labour Laws such as EPF, ESI and Payment of Wages etc. and provide the necessary proof of its compliance every month together with the bill. In case the tenderer fails to provide such proof of payments made to the personnel in which month it is due and such default occurs for more than 3 months in any continuous period of 12 months, the same will be considered as Breach of Contract. The tenderer shall comply with all the statutory requirements evidencing the same

The tenderer should be in a position to provide tendered No. workmen within one week from the date of award of Contract.

The tenderer should be registered under GST Act, proof of which should be submitted along with the tender document and should submit proof of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) assigned by the Income Tax Department.

The tenderer whose contracts have been terminated / foreclosed / blacklisted / penalized by any Organizations during the last Three years due to non-fulfillment of contractual obligations / deficiency in service are not eligible to participate in the tender. The tenderer should clearly specify and upload self-declaration letter in writing in the letterhead of the firm, stating that they do not fall under this category.

The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with KPTCL. A history of awards involving litigation against the bidder or any part or JV may result in rejection of bid. Bidders should upload the self declaration stating the above and upload the same along with the other documents in the relevant field in the KPP portal, failing which the offer is liable to be rejected.

The bidder/outsourcing Agency shall provide manpower services (except drivers) specified in the tender document in accordance with the present reservation policy of the Government of Karnataka and terms and conditions specified in GoK Order

The Bidder shall upload the power of attorney in the prescribed format on Rs.500/- Bond paper. Further the Power of Attorney shall be sent in original to Chief Engineer Electy., Transmission Zone, KPTCL, Mysore so as to reach after the last submission date & on or before the date & time of opening Techno commercial Bids.

The Tenderer/Bidder shall possess valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka.

The tenderer should have achieved in at least two financial years (in the last five years i.e., FY 2021-22 to FY 2025-26) an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 17.44 Lakhs not less than the amount put to tender. Documentary proof such as Annual Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets and income tax return certified by a Chartered Accountant with valid UDIN is to be uploaded
