REPAIR/RENEWAL OF EARTHING AND LIGHTNING CONDUCTORS WITH ITEMS AT GULMARG,URI,RAMPUR, HAWS AND NAUGAM UNDER GE 969 EWS

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of 25x4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to earth test point and including cement concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) and pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 540 x 540 x 50 mm thick, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways and one handle for lifting made with 10 mm dia mild steel bar,funnel, wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised (light grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary execuation and eath works in any types of soil complete all as shown on Electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR-I complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of air termination single pointed aluminium rod of size 12 mm dia and 300 mm long and proper positon saddles on porcelain insulator along with 1 meter long GI tube and as required dia with AIR TERMINATION fixing on top of roof, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of aluminium strip 20x3.15 mm with porceiain insulator and saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing single galvanised strip of size 32x06 mm galvanised iron in proper positon saddles on porcelain insulator and fixing screws for roof conductors and down conducrors from top to the building ring point to the test points of the building as required after, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supply and fixing funnel alongwith wire mesh in replacement of missing/ unserviceable item, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing porcelain supporting insulator of existing size / adequate size fixing on wall / roof for insulating and supporting the lightning arrestor strips to protect during lightning, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-casted RCC Pit and earth pit cover for replacing broken/ unserviceable pit cover including cleaning the surronding area (60 x60 60 cm), complete all as specified and as directed.
