Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 mix type B-0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) for roof padding, leveling course to receive floor finishes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg cement per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:3 on roof slabs with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. (Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 with using liquid water proofing compound, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only approved liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm.

Item 8.00 Contd........ (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. S&F 35mm thick factory made IInd Class Hard wood (Hollock) glazed and skeleton, open rebated, prepared to receive glass, gauge etc, without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered and rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass/gauge etc. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing as applicable to item 08095 given in SSR Part – II (2020).
