Automatic Hot Melt Wrap around LABELLING MACHINE of 60 BPM of PET bottles for packaged drinking water. The labelling machine shall be suitable for PET bottles of 2000ML/500ML/1000ML. The scope of supply consists of an Automatic Roll-Fed Wrap around Labeler with Hot Melt Adhesive System for Packaged drinking water in 1000ml/2000Ml/500ML PET bottles. The labelling machine should be supplied with the change parts for running 2000ml/500ml PET botles, infeed and outfeed transfer tables with drive and Hot-melt adhesive system. Technical Features: 1. Main frame guarding with Stainless Steel cladding, 2. Re-circulating , Continuous flow Hot-Melt system, 3. Low air pressure safety, 4. Centralized manual lubrication system, 5. Main Drive System-AC Variable speed, 6. Centralized Control Station , 7. Blower type Vaccum Pump, 8. Container Handling via Star Wheel with counter, 9.TFT colour speed & Production counter, 10.Servo controlled electronic registration system with alarm & PLC, 11. Saefty system to detect missing label on drum/bottle & broken web, 12. PLC controlled label cutter using hardened steel blade tool, 13. Low reel indicator, 14. Synchronized fly cutter cutting system, 15. Motors are of class IP55 grade of protection , 16. Main panel should be MS powder coated with IP55 garde of protection , 17. Gripper drum(vaccum)- Aliminium Alloy , 18. Spider-UHMWPE , 19. Operator Console-SS with IP55 proytection , Capacity:60BPM of 1000ml/2000ml/500ml.
