Taking down old cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and coloured pigment to match the tiles shade over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for glazed joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick in vertical surface as in skirting & dado, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.16 Sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

~Ditto~ all as per item No. 6 above but 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, over and incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 incl grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 12 to 16 mm thick machine cut pre-polished Udaipur green stone slab flooring on cooking plateform / window cill,risers,treads laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 and jointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing, bull nose edging / moulding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 in ceiling on fair faces of concrete surface and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in junction of brick edging and brick lining for drains as in benching and on top of chajja etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for hold fast, pressed steel frame,roof gola etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement Concrete 1 : 3 : 6 type C-2, (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete as in foundation of posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Weight of fencing shall be measured by BOO.

Fixing only chain link fencing incl line wires any mesh ,size and type to any type including provn of binding wire complete.

S & F 10 mm round bars as in stiffner to hold the chain link fencing fixed with angle iron post complete all as specified and directed .
