Repair and Renovation of 400 MT Godown and Construction of Front side Pave Yard at Dhenkikote Market Yard under RMC Keonjhar

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum, stony earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting including dressing of sides and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site within initial leads and lifts, including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of labour,cess, hire & running charges of water pumps sundries , T & P & all other machinaries required for the work etc.complete in all respect as per latest specification & direction of the Engineer in charge.

SAND FILLING :-Filling in foundation, trenches and plinth with river sand, well watered and compacted in layers of 0.3 mtr, with top surface dressed and leveled to proper gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, all taxes and royalties, loading and unloading, including cost of all labour, sundries ,T & P etc. All complete as per directions of the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 3 :6 (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate of size 25mm to 40 mm hard granite crusher broken metal ) , mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period .including all cost of labour ,material, conveyance,royalties and taxes ,sundries ,T & P etc.complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,supplying and constructing in Foundation and plinth brick masonary in cement martar (1:6) with 1st quality approved fly ash bricks having minimum crushing strength 75 kg/sqcm including socking the bricks in water vat for 24 hours before use in all levels ranking out of the joints, including cost of all materials ,transportation,curing,loading,unloading,labour T & P taxes,duties,levies,royalities etc complete as per the latest specification confirming to relevant IS Specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling G.C.I or A.C sheet roofing after carefully removing nut & bolt including stacking of materials for re-use & removing the debris with in 50 mt lead (data for 9.30 sqm)

Supplying fitting and fixing of precoated Galvanized iron profile sheet semi gloss of total coated thickness 0.45mm in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys, wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys,wind ties etc. complete including cost of sheet and all fitting,all taxes labour,T&P etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm Plastering :-Providing 12mm thick cement plaster to the surface of wall with cement mortar (1:6) including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves and beads to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge

Supplying,fitting,fixing of M.S grill gate/ventilator with cost,convayance,taxes of all materials,labour,T & P etc .required for the complete in all respect.

Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips, screened & washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry, including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, cess, sundries, T&P & all other machinaries required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of water pump (GROUND FLOOR) etc.complete in all respect as per latest specification & direction of the Engineer in charge.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulation paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint per sqm (data for 10 sqm) including all cost and materials etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
